I purchased 2 x floodlights/PIR after using their online chat service The floodlights were delivered promptly followed by a follow up telephone call from Lampshop online asking if all was in order - an after sale courtesy call which for me demonstrated their appreciation of my purchase. The range of security lights , price and application was superior to other sites.

I ordered a replacement strip light fitting & tube on-line, they were reasonably priced, delivered promptly & have since been fitted & are working fine. I've just received a phone call (from Ben) to check if everything was OK with the order!!!! & I had to pinch myself, but I guess that there's a 1st time for everything :-) NO request for me to post a review or make recommendations to friends/colleagues or anything like that.... as I say, he was just ringing to check that everything was OK with the order. Can't fault them.

Not great! I ordered a new fluorescent tube baton and two tubes, the baton arrived with a big dent in it. The guy in customer service told me to dispose of it myself. After taking the package to the dump i got a refund just for the baton, there was no mention of returning the tubes. I complained and all i was offered was 7% off my next order. I won't be shopping here again!

The website was very easy to navigate and delivery was within a few days well wrapped to avoid damage, will be using again.

I needed new fluorescent tubes for a plant propagator. LampshopOnline had a good price and they arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the tubes had a fault in the coating; it still worked but a black square was visible when it was on. I sent them a picture and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day.

Purchase process fine, delivery time okay, very little protective wrapping on tubes. Quality of fitting is generally good although one reflector was bent. These are the first 1500mm fittings purchased and what is noticeable is the flexibility in the tube itself. Over the length of the tube there is a 10mm deflection which is very noticeable. Don't know if this is a manufacturing problem or a quality issue only time will tell.
