United Kingdom | 24 September 2022Found a bike that looked really tidy in the pictures and had very little miles on. Misses said ill finance it for you as I'm self employed and couldn't get credit. Her credit rating is amazeing. The payments worked out that she would be paying twice the amount of what the bike was worth. But we still went along with it as I needed the bike for work so she could use the car. It took from when we paid the deposit near 4 weeks for it to be delivered. And with it being the end of the summer I was really looking forward to getting out. It turned up and had been dropped and scraped all down the one side. That bad half the one handle grip was missing to the meta,l the speedo caseing was smashed all the plastics scraped Exhaust that bad the bracket was flat. They wanted us to pay 8 grand for a 2006 bike that was up for 3700 over 5 years 😳 Then when asking for are deposit that took a further 2 weeks loads of phone calls and emails sent, I have had 3 other bikes with finance and the company's treated us so so much better. Any one reading my comment please read the others 🙏 as I'm not the only one who has had this problem

United Kingdom | 23 September 2022tread very carefully with this company as they will do everything they can to give you as little as possible for your part exchange, even when a deal has been agreed I had agreed a part exchange deal on a motorbike in their showroom and arrived the weekend after to collect the bike and pay for it. due to the salesman not completing the paperwork correctly, my part exchange bike was not on the sales sheet, when i came to pay for my new bike, this caused problems for the lady completing the deal as the figures did not tally up. she had to ask another guy to go check my bike over to ensure that the agreed PX price was ok, this was where the problems started. two people looked at my bike and then said that it had had some paint work carried out on the frame as there was overspray on it and there was a ding on the swing arm & due to the high mileage they couldn't agree with the previous valuation of £5800 given by their salesman, & had also been given by two kawaski dealers when i had been to see them about a PX on a new bike. they said the best they could was £4400, I flatly refused and told them to refund my deposit that i had paid the previous week on the bike i was collecting that day. after speaking with the 'manager' he stated that even if the salesman had put the £5800 part ex price on the sales sheet, they did not have to give that valuation against the bike i wanted if they didn't want to, they can & will refuse to honour any part exchange deal they don't feel is to their advantage. I left the showroom extremely angry and annoyed. however, every cloud has a silver lining, i was contacted by 'the superbike factory' on the Monday afternoon afterwards and they asked if they could buy my bike, they offered £6300 straight away, subject to an inspection. I travelled to their Donington showroom and part exchanged my bike for £6300 against another they had that i was looking for. my old bike was thoroughly inspected by their mechanic & low and behold, no over spray was found on the frame, no ding in the swingarm either!! so, a week after having no deal with Rite Bike due to defects they found, I ride out of another dealers with a great part exchange deal & a cracking bike.

I can assure you this not the case . The guys I dealt with were brilliant and I was delighted with the service and my bike. Robert Turner.

Tag on the bike key says Key 2 of 2 so just need to find out where the spare key is. Many thanks to Mikey the spare key was found in less than 24 hours and will be in the post very shortly…. So well done to the Rite team and a deserved upgrade to a 5 star for your after care service

It has taken longer than I thought to complete the transaction but I’m confident that the bike will be in a good condition and my son will enjoy riding it.

I made the wrong choice and almost pulled out if the sale which must’ve been annoying but Mikey was just as friendly as he always was. He offered me my deposit back in full but I found another bike through there website which Mikey kindly sorted for me. Very happy with the service and I will definitely use them again.

United Kingdom | 17 August 2022I found the sales guy I dealt with (Ian Goodfellow) very helpful and informative . Answered all my queries without any bull or pressure. Rang him back a couple of times and got immediate answers. However after sales from commercial people was abysmal. Left 3 messages to be phoned back - nobody phoned back. Sent an email - no reply. To sum up. More than happy with the bike. I think I got good value for money. Sales staff excellent. After sales non existent.
