I was on the lookout for a new bike and come across the Triumph scrambler 1200 XE on their website…I phoned up spoke to Rich who was a delight from the get go, told me I could come see the bike and when I got there he showed me to her and left me too it.. the bike was immaculate as described and tbh the rest of the bikes I saw in there were great too..top top bike shop and great service..no messing around straight to the point efficient service…would 100% recommend these boys to anyone to purchase a bike from cheers Richard and the team at RiteBIke low moor!

I will keep this short and to the point: I was lied to when purchasing the warranty for the bike I bought there. I have emailed a few times also rung them. They are not that good at trying to get back to you to try and rectify the problem.

I rang rite-bike about a bike I was interested in. They was polite and explain everything really well over the phone. Due to living quite distance away they gave the option to delivery the bike and if unhappy would get my despot back and no charge applied. Also sent me video of the bike up close and personal to show all the bike and really well done. Really good service and will use again for my next bike. Replied via email quite quick and delivery was really good and no pressure to buy or make decision.

Always risky buying a vehicle without actually seeing it first. Richard Manton took the risk out of the hole process, sent me detailed video including the bad points, I decided to go for the purchase. Kept informed all the way, delivery to Kent wasn’t an issue delivery guys kept me up to date right up to arrival. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, certainly can recommend Ritebike happy to purchase from them again.

I found the bike i wanted online , visited the Rite Bike showroom in Bradford on a saturday morning .Jonathan was very helpful pulled out the bike so i could have a good look around . He was very helpful and knew his stuff ,gave me any info i needed .Reserved my bike and paid the deposit on the monday with Jonathan who passed me onto the delivery department and Arran arranged my service and delivery for the thursday. Purchased a Harley Davidson Streetbob a couple of years ago now, and I’ve still had amazing contact with the company regarding an issue with a replacement key and a very simple situation made complicated by Harley Davidson, but with the help of The guys at Rite Bike we managed to sort it out. I’ve had a great experience with these guys and I can honestly find nothing at all to fault them about, nothing at all. If you’re looking to a buy a bike and not sure where to get it from or who you can trust, I’d recommend this lot for sure, the after sales is second to none.

I recently travelled down from Glasgow to buy a Yamaha MT09 from Rite-bike. The bike was prepped on time as promised and in great condition. There was a small dent on the fuel tank which couldn’t be seen on the photos, when I asked about it before completing my purchase, I was refunded my £100 deposit which I thought was fair. I dealt with Rich and he kept me updated and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would definitely buy again from the company and would 100% recommend them. Cheers again

Ok, where do I start? I was looking to get my first bike, and narrowed it down to two I liked, I searched high and low to find the exact model and spec I wanted to no avail! Either the bikes were a complete mess or to much money with high mileage. Then on a random search, I found this company, they had both bikes I wanted with exactly what I wanted on both bikes for very reasonable prices! From the moment I phoned I was welcomed warmly by Dean the sales person. What can I say other than how brilliant he is at his job, I hope he is appreciated for what he does!! Dean went above and beyond to help and advise, and nothing was too much hassle! he helped me make the correct choice in the bike I wanted for my first, and gave me advice on what to expect from each machine. It was so easy all the way through from sale to delivery! The driver was also very nice, he called me the day before to make sure I would be ok for the delivery slot provided, he worked around my needs and delivered early morning at my request, again nothing was too much hassle!! He even called me when he arrived to say he was waiting for me at my garage as it was very early in the morning! We had a nice chat about bikes, he also stated that he raced R6’s, and stated I had made a brilliant choice of bike and that it was very clean. Sadly I can’t think of his name, but I hope he reads this review! Overall this company are brilliant! I would recommend anybody too them, now I need to pass my practical! I will definitely be back when I decide to upgrade to The R1 Big Bang! 😉 Thank you so much guys.

I had a super quick an easy purchase through ritebike ! I was sent a personal video of the bike I was looking at and shown ever stone chip and small defect there was nothing hidden and also got a super good deal with a little money knocked off ! I was told the bike would be fully checked and ready for the road within a week of a deposit and it wasn’t a day late on the promise ! I’m really happy with my new sports bike shes a beast and would seriously recommend coming to ritebike if your after a great motorbike with low mileage! Thanks a lot to all the guys at ritebike !

Bought a Harley a few months back, said it would be ready to collect in about a week. Took an extra couple of days while they waited for some parts but they gave me a call to let me know it would be delayed. When it was ready I got an email to say it was good to go. I turned up, the bike looked amazing and the paperwork was all done in about 20 minutes then I was away. I can’t fault the bike and now I just need some sunshine to give it a proper ride out.
