Just bought a cbf600 and after looking it over and was happy with its condition I left a deposit and was told when it would be ready to collect and they would keep in touch by e mail.True to their word they told me it was ready after around two weeks. On arrival I was astounded to see new tyres,chain & sprockets,brake pads and fluid changed,oil & filter changed and rear wheel bearings replaced on a MOT advisory,I cant praise them enough for an outstanding experience and would highly recommend them to any of my biker mates. PS got a good deal as well

My experience started well with Rite Bike with quick responses to contact regarding a bike. Chose a bike and made payment which advertised a specific mileage. When I received the bike I noticed there was an extra 1122 miles on the odometer!! When asked about this it was explained that this was an advertising error (although the MOT clearly showed the correct mileage on the DVLA website) and all I was offered is a blunt refund for the full amount.....no offer of a partial refund and a very poor offer of an apology. Apparently the amount showing on the odometer was the trip and not the actual mileage (pretty poor excuse for a reputable garage). After asking for £200 to cover the cost of the extra miles, engine, tyre use the 'boss' explained they could only offer £100. I reluctantly accepted this but would advise anyone looking use Ritebike to be very aware of such issues. **** in response to the reply from Ritebike....I was NOT issued a FULL REFUND as I did not want this. I was given a £100 goodwill payment which does not cover the cost of the 1100 extra miles, tyre damage, engine wear however as I wanted the bike I reluctantly accepted it. Please do not say you issued a full refund as this was not the case!!! I do not wish to discuss my review as it is a true and actual experience I had with Rite Bike.

Hi all don't no If you seen my previous reviews..but stay clear of these people..had so much hassle.. they had bike back because it was all glued together.. put straight back up for sale.reg k8gxr...after waiting for tax back off bike only to find out that they ain't put logbook back into trade I can't get my money back.....im reporting all this to trading standards and I'm getting them to pop round to inspect all bikes over..and mileage ect..also logbooks that are still in customers names.so they don't get more owners on logbook....STAY CLEAR......

Saw a bike at Ritebike website and fell in love with the bike and knew I wanted it. Rang up to place deposit on bike but wasn't allowed until they sent me a video of close up shots so I new what I was buying. A gentleman named Deano did me a amazing video. He then took my deposit and told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. I collected my Hayabusa today and I am speechless. A amazing friendly sales team and outstanding service

Bought an exceptional triumph tiger, completely unmarked, exceptional service throughout sale. Has developed a small issue which is being dealt with locally under warranty, again can't fault the service from James in sales and Peter in after sales. Cheers guys.

Ordered the bike on line, without seeing in the flesh. Its a lovely bike harley 750 street. Ritebike had a few problems and there was a delay with delivery. Was worth waiting for. Rides like a dream, new tyres fitted. Will buy from them again. Thank You

Bought a gsxs1000 bike was in excellent condition apart from a dint in the exhaust I was not told about. When the bike got delivered the driver crashed into it. We all make mistakes. I waited for a new mudguard for about a week which wasn't too bad. I've contacted James from the shop multiple times to try and claim back the money I paid for the remaining parts that where broken on the mudguard to which I have still not had any reply too. My overall review of the shop is, there very fast to get the bike sold. But the customer service is awful.

What an awesome journey that was! James from the off set exceeded my customer service expectations. Always on hand to answer any questions and guide me through this long distance buying process (I’m 360 miles away) top bloke, pleasure to deal with and you can tell he has a love for bikes! I rang Ritebike to enquire about a bike they were advertising, and i spoke to Steve. He said he would check the details & get back to me, i asked if he wanted my number, he said no, it had shown up at his end, although he sounded completely uninterested. Eight hours later i messaged Steve as he'd not bothered to get back to me, he managed to send a short message back stating "bike sold". Don't worry Steve, I won't be bothering you or Ritebike again. EDIT FOLLOWING RITEBIKE'S REPLY! I never mentioned anything about a deposit, i merely wanted details on the service history. As i said above, Steve said he had my number? Someone's being less than honest.

04/03/2021. A* First time buying a bike over the internet before. Normally, I like to go and view, see for myself. This company had the Bike I have been looking for. Telephoned the Sales Agent.The service was very informative & prompt. It was all to my expectations, so made the phonecall to pay a desposit. I recieved e-mail updates, letting me know the step by step process. Delivery Team was brilliant. Great communication & timing. Smooth and pleasant transaction. Iam very happy with the bike. Condition as described. I will use this company again in the future. Excellent hassle free service. Thankyou.😀

Dont fall in the trap like I've been. They sold me a damaged bike thats repaired. No mention of it on the advertisement and would not take it back even though I didnt even ride it. Waste of time I would not recommend them for sales or after service.

Richard on both occasions and I have to say he was most helpfull he sent walk around videos of the bikes answered all questions truthfully.when the bikes where delivered the wer mint well done I look forward to purchasing my next bike from these guys 👍

Bought a triumph just before Christmas, bike was described as mint, paid deposit and was delivered about a week later. On inspection the bike was in good condition but wasn’t mint, some black paint starting to bubble around radiator and on part of engine casing. The bike was also filthy, looked like it had been ridden in heavy rain the day before. No follow up call from Rightbike to ask if everything ok. Summary, decent bike at decent price but don’t believe what you are told, expect a dirty bike and rubbish customer service.

The bike was described accurately and videos / photos were a match. Richard was great to deal with and could not have been more helpful. Delivery was also excellent and thank you to Martin for your good service. Very happy with my Harley and on-line buying experience. Well worth considering if your looking to purchase a bike.

Just bought bmw bike from them . Left holding deposit ,on arrival was happy with bike but wouldn't take payment till m.o.t ed . Then decided to have it delivered so they didn't take payment till it arrived at my house and I was still happy with it. Excellent very happy with that. All who I met were very nice . Only negative after leaving holding deposit over phone and not seen bike they sent an email to say I had bought it . Otherwise would have given five stars , instead it's four. Thanks to ritebike
