Simple to deal with. Had to wait for a couple of weeks for the bike but all in all good experience. Great range of machines to choose from as well. Always worth a look

Friendly non pressure sales - allowed lots of time to look around bike and start up etc Test ride would have been nice - but apparently no company insurance for this! Minus point - pannier manuals in sales pack but no mention of any panniers by sales executive

When I got to speak to people at Ritebike, everyone was very helpful. The online portal and email etc didn't work properly/didn't provide accurate/timely information. It was also confusing to be getting calls from Superbike Factory!

From the beginning to the delivery the service was excellent, lovely friendly group of people and on delivery a thorough explanation given by the driver as to the workings of the bike, could not have asked for more. The condition of the bike more than we expected.

Recently bought a kawasaki z650 for my wife from ritebike both Jonathan and Richard dealt with the sale and I received excellent friendly service from them both next bike I buy will be from them as they have a fantastic stock of bikes and in excellent condition would definitely recommend to buy from.

Visited showroom to view bikes I'd seen on line, was asked if I needed any help, said I was just looking. No pressure from any sales staff, once I'd made my mind up which bike I'd decided on Daniel was quite happy to give full run down including part ex. Still no pressure to buy. Excellent customer service happy with purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Wouldn't Return Refundable deposit after having to cancel due to a finance issue won't allow test rides or refunds so if you want to try a certain bike you'll have to go elsewhere I didnt cancel twice at all you talked me in to going ahead as it was already prepped at the workshop, which it wasn't you lied so I rung back about a hour later to say no I won't carry on more lies

Bike was ready for me when i arrived The saleman was very helpful. I paid the money ,sorted out the paperwork. Before I left he asked me if everything was ok And wished me a good ride home. and said i hope you enjoy your new bike

never bought a bike online before from any dealer and don`t always go by reviews good or bad. at the end of the day its only up to you if your happy or not ,yes i could have found one private for a fair bit less but means you need to put the miles in to go and see it . anyway for me the BMW R1200S looks a tidy clean bike for its age its not perfect but nothings perfect there will always be a few niggles to sort out with any vehicle to make it the way you want ,but so far im happy and to be fair Ritebike have been very good from start to the finish with the sale . thank`s to you guys at Ritebike . so would i buy again yes why not

Found the bike on auto trader, and contacted rite bike. A guy called Richard picked up the phone to confirm bike was still available. I visited rite bike and Richard took me to the machine, gave me a the details and then left me with the bike to have a good look around, on no occasion was there any pressure to buy. Needless to say bike was spot on and I bought it. Completely painless and very simple process.

All my questions were answered nice quick and smooth process until my bike was at my door
