My experience was great. Couldn't believe the cover letter was about me. The only things that should be changed is that the letter should be one page. I had to shorten the letter for it to be one page. Outside of that I like the software.

There was no problems with this company at all. The customer service was friendly and professional. The reason I had to discontinued the service was due to financial reasons. When things turn around I will return back 😀. Hope this helps.
