The lady I spoke with was very nice and understanding. She was able to fix what I needed fixed and a good compromise was made to keep a subscription to the website.

The services they provide are very good but I only intended to be charged for the resume. You never mentioned that there would be a monthly fee.

DO NOT USE THIS !!! they charge ridiculous amount to use their services and it’s quite literally for job seekers who are low on cash. money greedy business and takes FOREVER to cancel membership and they ask you a million annoying questions before they do.
