What a great experience! This company took out all the stress from writing a cover letter. I think resumes and cover letters are a bunch of fluff, but it's something we all have to do from time to time.

Good customer service and a very helpful website

I wanted to give a lower rating but couldn’t. I was offered a $4.95 monthly subscription fee, but when I checked my account, I was charged $24.95. I spoke with George (Supervisor 7172), who made it sound like this was a normal occurrence. To make matters worse, I incurred a $30.00 overdraft fee, which they don’t want to cover. The supervisor was not helpful at all.

The site is easy enough to use and practically writes a cover letter for you. Up until that point, I was very satisfied with the service. That is, until I had to download and save the finished letter. Even though I was prompted to pay (which I did), the downloaded letter failed to open for the recipient when I sent it as a PDF attachment with my application. Words cannot describe my frustration from this point on. They should rename their site "How to Lose a Job in 10 Minutes."

The process was straightforward and easy to manage. Its breaks down all aspects of your information and compile give you a good look your application.

Ai got it totally wrong

It's good, however, it doesn't format with my computer and when I try to print a hard copy it cuts off the upper half of my name.

The representative i spoke with could not under any circumstance assist me with formatting, She did not know how to justify my margins nor center the date of my letter, I cancelled immediately. Took me more time to explain to her how to do it than write the letter myself which I did,
