It was an effortless experience, the only thing I had to do was answer a few questions and make some selections from the available list and the system took care of the rest. I need the same process to complete my resume.

Coverletter charged me an expensive ongoing monthly fee when I had not used the service following the first 2 days. When I tried to make a complaint, all phone numbers do not work and the email address simply replies with the same response saying they can not help. This is terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company. I will continue to write negative reviews until they resolve the matter of charging for services not used.
