Fantastic experience from start to finish! Amazing people with such a lovely can do attitude, made me feel right at home when I visited the store. Every sofa I sat on was as comfortable as the last, made the choice hard. Service is quick and so is delivery Altho I did cancel twice it was no problem for them at all. Sofa delivered December 2020. Still waiting on the parts of my sofa that were damaged being replaced 18 months later. I have been given several dates for delivery to which no one showed up, what a total waste of my time. Phoned and emailed several times to be told that someone will call back…. Surprise surprise they don’t. For some reason the courier or sofas and friends haven’t had a delivery to Scotland in almost 2 years…. Shambolic customer service. Clearly don’t give a hoot once they get your money they don’t care if their goods are faulty or delivered in an undesirable state. I would appreciate if the manager could pencil me in for a phone call as it seems he’s very busy…. I’ve only been waiting 18 months.

I am sooooo in love with our new sofa. We went to the showroom of @sofasandfriends yesterday and it did not disappoint. We picked what we wanted and ordered it there and then! We was told up to two weeks for delivery which we was happy with. Driving home and we get a call to say they are in the area tomorrow, true to their word our beautiful new sofa arrived today 😍😍 The old one had served us well but I love this one sooooo much, it really brightens the room and really is amazing quality!!

Wow what a service ordered the tulum sofa after visiting there showroom and viewing it was delivered within 2 weeks like promised! After having experienced such a bad service from a large well known company for a sofa which was promised since last year and never came and cancelling it to finding sofa and friends and having this delivered to me within 2 weeks like they said the service and quality can’t be faulted would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable good quality and quick delivery time!

I ordered 3+2 seater from this place there service was really good my sofa quality is sooo good too. We were searching for a sofa that would befit our newly refurbished front room and we came across Sofas&Friends on Instagram. After searching the website and deciding on the sofa that we wanted, we went to the showroom to see it in person. The service we received from Rad was excellent as he gave us information about all the settees for us to make an informed choice. We saw and fell in love with the Laguna corner settee. The sofa ticked all the right boxes for us and was very elegant and the quality was amazing, just what we wanted. The delivery was swift too. I won a stunning corner sofa on a Instagram competition through the incredible Sofa and Friends and the quality of the sofa is amazing!!! They even held my prize for me until I had moved into my new home! So kind of them! The delivery guys also helped me by offering to put the sofa together for me on delivery day! One very happy girl! Ordered my sofa in store on 13th September and chose a cream colour and received great service. My sofa finally got delivered in December after a long wait and they delivered the wrong colour, I told them the sofa that got delivered was grey and they tried to argue and say it’s cream when it was clearly grey… the manager eventually came and saw that it was the wrong colour that the store assistant ordered and he had said to me in person that I can get some reimbursement back or they can take the sofa and order another one but I’ll have to wait till march to receive it. I opted for a partial reimbursement and he told me to call the office and they can sort it out. I’ve called them multiple times and emailed them for my reimbursement and each time they always say the manager will call me back and no one has called me back to sort it out!!! I will never order from them again. Highly disappointed because they have lovely sofas
