We popped into the shop in Croydon after following them on Instagram for a while. Aga was so helpful we received our sofa within a week! Which was great, with request for it to be delivered on a specific day and it was. Amazing quality sofa’s with a very efficient team and company. Will recommend to anyone!

The cordoba sofa is very good and I found it to be the right balance between well-cushioned and firm. Delivery was quicker than expected. Sofa quality was as I expected, great!!. It is so comfortable that my wife has slept off on it on a couple of occasions. My only issue that it had a mark on it when delivered possibly from the warehouse during packaging. Possible improvement: while the foot stools are wonderful, it would be even better if they had the clip functionality that the main sofa parts have. This will allow the user to clip the footstool firmly to the sofa when desired to prevent it from moving around as well as to unclip it when you need to use the foot stool on its own.

I have never experienced such bad service from a company ever! I have their Navajio Cream range and have encountered many problems with this company since I purchased this sofa in late August. They advertise they deliver sofas within 7 to 14 days I did receive my sofa within the 7 days however the delivery was unsatisfactory. The driver called to advise he will be 1hr but took 2hrs, I had to arrange for my mum to come and wait last minute so I didn’t miss an appointment. Only 1 man was delivering the sofas, who had to bring the sofa up to my 1st-floor apartment. My mother who has back problems noticed he was damaging my walls by bringing the sofa up the stairs so helped him so he did not damage anything else. This should have been a two-man job. Within a month we noticed a fault with the sofa, the seat pad zip had busted, immediately I reported this then it was agreed they send a replacement. After waiting a month for the replacement, and wondering when my replacement is going to be delivered and they continuously advertise sofa delivery times of 7 to 14 days – including the delivery of the model of my exact sofa. This made me question why mine could not be replaced within a similar timescale. After numerous correspondence and a lack of certainty regarding the solution, we complained and requested a refund, only then did they take action to rectify the matter. The seat pad arrived in the wrong colour which we reported and were informed that the rolls of the fabric have different shades so needed re-check what batch colour is required. As a professional company, this should have been dealt with beforehand. (we did not even get an apology) At this point, we had enough of this company after being spoken to rudely over Instagram messages so requested a refund which we had the owner call us and refuse refund. We mentioned we were going to seek legal advice about this to which then she got childish and rude “please do, I beg I you do” (we have this all recorded bearing in mind) and then blocked me on their social media which made me think they are trying to get away with fixing the problem. I sought legal advice regarding this and only then did sofa & friends agree to rectify the matter. Overall, it took 2 months to replace a seat pad when they can deliver whole sofas within 7 days.

After purchasing a sofa before lockdown. I returned to the store again the following year with a family member to purchase another sofa and again this year for a close friend. The customer service has always been outstanding. Staff have been patient and courteous. You are allowed to take your time to make a commitment to purchasing an item that is of great standard and quality and the prices are affordable in comparison to some major stores.

I visited Sofas and Friends and was delighted that the sofa I chose was in stock and it was delivered within three days of purchasing. Delivery service was excellent and at the arranged time. Very good price for quality sofa. Delighted!

The best service I have experienced, nothing was a problem I have been watching sofasandfriend for some time and based on great reviews I decided to buy.I live too far so to be able to visit the store but the girl working in the store had a video call with me exactly showing me all around. I received fabric samples, made a decision, I ordered and the sofa is already with me within Few days from purchase date!!! I'm in love! Great sofa! Great Customer Service! What more could you want? I recommend it with all my heart😘

Absolutely stress free experience from order to delivery. I order the modular Tulum in light grey and I wasn’t disappointed with the quality or comfort. The staff at the end of the end of the phone are more than helpful, quick delivery didn’t have to wait weeks delivery men were great they put everything together and where I wanted it, nothing was too much for them and very pleasant. Great company and would highly recommend.

I hope the business can accept this is a constructive review; Visited the showroom, the lady serving was nice enough. Ordered the Etna in stone. They were quite prompt with the delivery, this was pleasing. The sofa was brought in by the delivery drivers and assembled. They were in a huge rush to get out and as soon as they assembled the sofa, we could see multiple scuffs and black marks. They called the store and put me on to a manager. This person was also in a great hurry and spoke to me in a very patronising manner suggesting that what I saw as marks was simply the velvet settling in!!! He asked me to wait a week or so and he would send someone to steam the problem away! I was not impressed. The quality of the sofa was questionable the rectangular cushion was not filled properly or enough and separated in the middle. All in all this sofa is not constructed well. All credit to the company for collecting the sofa immediately after my written demand for a refund. They came the next day and took it away. A really disappointing experience. Will not be returning.
