Defiantly have to give this company 5 stars ! Order was a quick process put down my deposit and got my sofa within the week. IT IS BEAUTIFUL ! Exactly what I wanted and exactly what the picture looked like ! Was worried it would come and look different as it seems to good to be true ! Went to the showroom to view the sofa I’d seen online and fell in love with it. Paul didn’t hesitate to take the cover off & show the quality of the materials used inside the sofa. I didn’t know when I’d be moving so said I’d order at a later date and he gave me card & number in case I needed. Order process was simple, recieved a call 3 days later to arrange delivery at a time mutually convenient. From order to delivery in just 6 days! DFS wanted 14 weeks and twice the price! Delivery staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The wrong feet were delivered for my armchair but they promised to send these out and these have now been posted. Simple to fit myself so not concerned. Thrilled with the quality, comfort and style of the sofa. Couldn’t recommend these guys any more.

Would highly recommend sofa and friend, after being let down by sofa club and with the shocking service I was left with no sofa and sofa and friends saved the day by getting a sofa to me within 3 days. Delivery guys where polite and quick even took the rubbish to the bins for me.

After comparing 2 u shape sofas with sofas and friends and sofa club I chose to go with sofas and friends and couldn’t be happier with my choice! I ordered my sofa on Friday 30th July and it arrived exactly one week later. The delivery guy offered to build my sofa for me on delivery however as I was decorating my living room I told him I would do it myself which took me about 5-10 minutes maximum! Great customer service and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new sofa to chose sofas and friends.

Received an excellent service from the whole team a Sofa and friends. We had gone to all the major high street sofa shops but found that most of their sofas were not as good quality in terms of how the the cushions had been made. We were recommended S&F by a colleague and popped in a couple of months ago to see the stock. We sold our sofas on eBay and went back to sofa and friends where were were given great customer service by Patrica. We picked and paid for our Etna 4 seater, chair and stool on the Tuesday and they were deliver on the Wednesday afternoon. Delivery guys were lovely also. Assembled everything quickly and disposed of the rubbish. Thanks S&F we highly recommend you, so much so my mum has ordered her new sofa from you guys too.

I ordered a sofa and armchair from Sofas and friend back in October. During delivery the armchair fell down from their driver and the foot was damaged. I called the shop and asked them to change that piece for me. Rad was very helpful and came and said he had fixed the relevant foot and all should be fine. We noticed a bit later that the foot was still very wobbly and the chair not safe to sit as it would fall over several times because of lack of balance. I then again called Rad and he promised to come and have a look. I am still waiting for them … Very disappointed. Sarwat
