I visited the showroom in Croydon and happy to go ahead with the purchase of the cosmic range and the sales woman explained the sofa came in two parts When arranging delivery I explained I needed a AM delivery, and that I wasn’t staying at the property so would need some notice to get there. I was also told delivery is free. I contacted sofa and friends the day of delivery and was told at 10am the driver was on the way. I was then told the driver would contact me an hour before delivery. Around 11am I asked again for an update and was told driver would be there at 12/12:30 and I would be contacted an hour before. The driver called me at 12:40 saying they would be an hour, I then received a phone call 10 minutes later saying they was at the property. Causing a big rush and not meeting their AM delivery as promised. When sofas were delivered the delivery drivers were unable to get the sofa upstairs as the sofa didn’t come in two parts like explained by the sales woman. The skirting in my hallway was seriously damaged and cracked by them trying to get the sofa in. Sadly, the sofa didn’t fit and I had to send the sofas away. The company refused to refund my deposit, despite miss-selling me the sofa and having no mention of a delivery fee before. When trying to settle this with the company I was immediately blocked and unable to contact them. I contacted them off of 3 different family members Instagram profiles requesting the company directors name and contact details for me solicitor to contact them and was immediately blocked. I am due a baby in the next few weeks and between the waiting for delivery, the false information I was given and my money being stolen, yesterday caused me a great amount of stress and I am now out of pocket. I would highly advise against using this company. Don’t be fooled, they’re followers on Instagram have been purchased and the majority of their reviews have been done by people in house! Avoid at all costs.

Amazing company, had my Ankara sofa delivered today and it is absolutely amazing 😍 from the soft big pillows to the very cute footstool. The standard of service was 10/10 and delivery was speedy and friendly. They even helped me take out my old sofas how brilliant. I would 100% reccommend this company to anyone!

After checking all the big brand furniture shop we happened across the Sofas and Friends store. We were instantly impressed with both the quality and price of the furniture and placed our sofa order the next day. The process was very easy and Paulina was extremely helpful in placing the order. Our Sofa arrived the very next day, delivered to our top floor home, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase!!

I have just received my sofa from Sofa & Friends. I’m so happy with it, the velvet is gorgeous I was slightly concerned as I bought it online without seeing it in the flesh there was no need.. the quality of the material is excellent and the workmanship is beautiful. Having purchased the aster 4 seater and arm chair I was blown away by the quality. It is definitely designer sofas at fantastic prices. The seat cushions are so thick, and the fabric is of high quality. The customer service was impeccable. We are over the moon with our sofa and chair. If we had gone to other places we would have paid double the price for the sake quality. Thanks so much again x
