Delivery was quick and sofa good price but after a year and a bit the sofa is AWFUL both me and my partner have sore backs after a while when sitting on it. Cushions all sunken. Iv taken good care of it and still looks like a 25year old sofa

Unfortunately as this says rate my experience I can only give the lowest review. I have an awkward entrance to my flat so I enquired about a modular sofa, sent measurements and a video and was told (via Instagram message so I can prove it) “it will go in easily”. So I ordered and was given a really quick delivery date which was amazing. When the drivers came, the sofa was unwrapped and they tried to force it through the door way causing damage to the wall. It didn’t fit. I dropped them a message to say it didn’t fit and show the damage caused. They simply cancelled the order but did not bother to reply. I then contacted again via Instagram so they tried to call me but I missed the call. I dropped another message to apologise I had missed the call and was sent the message “what do you expect from us? We don’t take any responsibility for damages caused from delivery’s”. Usually purchasing from a small company you get the best customer service, but I am now out of pocket as I have to pay to get the wall repaired, and very upset with the way I’ve been dealt with. Very unprofessional. I’m not blaming them that it doesn’t fit, this was always going to be a challenge with the entrance to my flat but the way it was handled is very very poor.

We bit the bullet and decided to take the long trek to Croydon as my husband refuses to buy a sofa without sitting on it. Absolutely delighted with our purchase, comfortable, stylish and a very good price for the quality product. We bought a u shape modular in pebble velvet - just love it. Delivery within 4 weeks. I had lots of questions about sizing and comfort prior to ordering, so I popped into the showroom and was invited to test out all of the sofas that had caught our eye. There was no pushy salespeople, no rush to order or leave, just great customer service from a lovely lady. I ordered the Cordoba a couple of weeks later and dropped a message to find out about delivery times. I was given a delivery date of a week, but 2 days later I got a call to advise they had a slot come available for that afternoon if I’d rather! The guys that came were polite, professional and knowledgeable, giving advice on how to keep the sofa’s plumpness for years to come. Can’t rate them highly enough - excellent service, fantastic price and bonus: it’s the most comfortable sofa I’ve sat on!

We had walked around purely looking for sofas, nothing compared to the service and quality Rad had to offer! Will defiantly be back. The sofas are soft, good variety and adjustable to your catered look.

Amazing service from start to finish. We had a custom coloured sofa made with being told of a 6 week turnaround ,4 1/2 weeks later our sofa is here. And the delivery and sales team having been amazinf and the sofa is beautiful!

To say I was optimistic about sourcing a sofa from a non mainstream supplier filled me full of dread! However I can not fault Sofas & Friends from the initial contact with Aga, to the delivery! The sofa came after ordering within weeks and the quality is beautiful! No waiting for months! Every time I requested any information i was replied to within an hour if not straight away, the company was super easy to deal with, even having a FaceTime call with Aga to show me the sofas and designs they have in store! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them at all! We ordered Tulum modular sofa, 👌🏼

Read this review to the end. If the company takes the time to reply the first thing they will do is blame the courier and say its nothing to do with them but I would say remember you are responsible for the actions of the partners that represent your business. So first interactions were great, we received a video call regarding the sofa we wanted due to us being 300miles away from the store. We paid a deposit and gave a date for when we would like the sofa to be delivered on as we were re decorating the room the sofa was going in. We then paid the remaining balance the day before the sofa was being delivered. The courier arrived on the agreed date (Tuesday 27th), which was great but after the two delivery men had damaged a door frame due to ramming a module piece through it we finally realised 1 of the modules was missing. I called the store, the owner then rang me back to say he was on the way to warehouse to check as the sofa was collected late on the night before. I explained I need the sofa asap as we were due to go away on the Sunday coming. 3-4 hours later I received a call to say apparently the courier couldn’t get all the piece on because of how many there were so they decided to leave it at the warehouse which was then followed with the usual sorry for this comment. I explained again we needed the missing piece before we went away. I heard nothing and then messaged the company again and was told on Friday that the piece would be with the courier by the close of play on Friday 30th and that the courier would be in touch Monday or Tuesday this week. I clearly didn’t make myself clear enough about being away. So we have had to cancel our trip away due to the incompetence of this company and their partners. Best part was it didn’t arrive till the Thursday, so the courier had the lost piece nearly a week. I question why didn’t/why doesn’t a member of Sofa & friend stay with courier when loading their customer’s purchased sofa. All I have received is an unhelpful sorry about this. A very poor example of distance selling and people complain about the large chains which is now questionable having dealt with Sofa & Friends. POOR Service.

Honestly can say this company is by far the best I have every dealt with. The Service, Product quality and the Price, everything is just done right. I had a few questions on my mind which were answered promptly on Instagram, did not feel as though I was speaking to a company it was more like what their brand name is friends speaking. I would definitely use again and have already recommended to friends and family. And most importantly, My sofas were delivered within a week of ordering. Cannot fault the company at all.

Amazing Sofa!! Order online after seeing the company on Instagram. Was worried about buying a sofa that I hadn’t sat on or seen in person. The sofa is very comfortable and looks exactly like the photographs. Very very happy! Super customer service and fast delivery

Very happy with our new modular sofa from sofaandfriends. The value for money in comparison to other more well known stores is just brilliant. Customer service in store was great and delivery was much faster than expected. One out of the two delivery drivers customer service could do with some work but luckily the other one was there to help and the sofa was delivered and assembled for us in no time.

My mother in law ordered us a new sofa for our new house. We chose it all and a week later it was delivered. I was so skeptical about buying from a smaller company as some sofas can be really cheaply made. HOWEVER the quality of this sofa is absolutely INSANE. I am so so pleased with it. We had a sofa from sofology and the quality is absolutely awful compared to our sofa from Sofa&Friends. If you’re unsure on whether to order. DO IT!! You will not regret it at all!!!

I purchased a tulum modular sofa and I super love it. Price range is within my budget. Customer service was also lovely when I had a query about the delivery. Overall very happy with my sofa and its highly recommended.
