Don't bother with them. Stuff I ordered 3 months ago still hasn't been delivered. Everytime I write to them I get this automated reply asking me to be patient and that stuff is late because of Covid and I'm sick of it. I wrote them 4 times, asked for a refund even. The missing items are valued at 139 gbp that I could've spent elsewhere. Won't ever shop there again, nor would I recommend anyone using the site.

Stay away from this company! I ordered the package on 8/29/2020 - almost 4 months have passed and the package has not arrived! I have asked for a refund but they refuse! They keep replying to my e-mail with the same generic message: "Due to the fact that the items are still in transit I am afraid we are unable to issue a refund at this time." Really? How many months have to pass for them to realize that the package will probably never come? Even if it eventually comes in what kind of shape will it come? If they were resembling anything close to a responsible seller they would be ashamed to act this way. Or is it a fake company? I dont know. But the one thing that I do know is - do not order anything from them! They don’t admit their mistake, they don’t care about customers and you’ll probably lose your money. In the meantime, I have already placed an order on iherb 4 times and the package has arrived every single time. Two years ago the package from iherb was a week late and they they returned my money. The package arrived soon so I called to pay them again and they told me to keep the money and enjoy the product. That is how you do business. Stay as far away as you can because you could get scammed.

Similar to most recent reviews here made a purchase back in September 12th off course payment etc went well for the company and sure received it quickly, but what do I get in return well I’ll tell you, firstly your item won’t be with you until NOVEMBER 6th. I’m sure I’m not alone in saying this but I was gobsmacked that for one item it would take nearly 2 months to be delivered. But here’s the clincher that date has been and gone and never arrived and I am was furious. Tried contacting to no avail I would say AVOID this company people at all expense

My orders of 16th October totalling nearly £60 have never arrived. I have been told they have been despatched but received nothing. Customer phone service unavailable. Deplorable service.

0 stars ⭐️ from me😡. I placed an order with this company back in October . It’s now the 19th of December and I still not have received my Goods. I have contacted the company twice and both times I have received the same reply . Your goods are delayed because of hold ups and will arrive shortly . Ridiculous. The company will not issue a refund so I am now going to my credit card company for them to get my money back . Do not purchase from this company . They are not a bonafide company . I could have purchased the item locally and found it cheaper. I actually would award them 0 stars ⭐️ but the system does not allow for this . Hope the company reads this report . They should not take peoples money for goods until the item is dispatched and on its way to the customer , nearly two months waiting is unacceptable for a pot of vitamins . Go and support your local health store in your town.

I'm waiting my order more than 2 months, no possibility of tracking. They only reply emails blaming Covid. WHAT A FRAUD COMPANY!!!! We have claimed the money to our bank because obviously we won't receive our order and we want our money back!!!! DON'T BUY HERE!!!! No compres aquí, te quedas sin pedido, no te solucionan nada y no te quieren devolver el dinero! Esto es un FRAUDE!!!

Really this company has gone down the pan i am still waiting for my order to arrive, we are looking at two months now what a joke. I will not be ordering again from health monthly any time soon. They cannot be trusted to send orders out in a timely manner. That's it I'm done with them

Ordered a product since the 19th of October and I still haven't received the product after complaining to them. Poor customer services and I personally believe they get away with this when you don't chase them for your product. I've asked for a refund. It's just not acceptable. You cannot trust this organisation.

Terrible experience with this company I ordered a product back on 23rd of October for them to leave me waiting through October to then notify me on the 7th of November that my product has been dispatched.....anyway I get notified its dispatched after waiting ages in the first place for now to be told its not coming from the UK but from America even though I used .co.uk site so now its the 16th of December still no product ive asked for my money back twice now to only be told they can't give my money back till I receive it and then send it back again.....useless company they gives no heads up about where your product is coming from and how long your going to have to wait just to make sure they get your custom....I'll never order from them again and I advise everybody else to stay well clear

I placed an order, for delivery from the US, on 21st September and it arrived on December 16th. That's 86 days! I placed an order with Piping Rock, for delivery from the US on December, on 4th December and it arrived on 14th December. That's 10 days! I will not be ordering from Health Monthly. Piping Rock will be getting my business in the future!

Further to my previous reviews about an order I placed and paid for on 1st September which had not been received, I subsequently reported this to Jersey trading standards. Although I have not had a response from trading standards my items suddenly appeared today!!!!!. Please report your concerns to trading standards (Jersey). Good luck everyone.

Until my last order in September my things had always arrived promptly. That order was for Telomere Advantage and at no point during placing the order, did it say coming from America. Now 11 weeks later and lots of e-mails I still havent got them and have been refused a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

70% excellent reviews? I don’t think so. This company has changed from a decent one in the past to one which is on its knees. How can you sustain a business model that is selling items they don’t possess and taking money so long before delivery? Like others, I have been told to remain patient. Patient? I’ve been waiting 3 months and as I pointed out, I haven’t ordered a motor car just some tablets.If you don’t pay off a credit card in full each month, you will probably have to pay off several months interest on top. I suggest you start a dispute procedure if like me you paid by PayPal or a chargeback action if you paid by card.

Same as everyone below. Trading standards should stop them advertising until they have fulfilled they’re back orders at the very least. If you’re in this mess why make it worse by trying to get more custom unless you’re just taking the money and running!
