Absolute joke of a company! I ordered an item in October to be told when I chased it up it was coming from America. I requested a refund as if I had known it would take this long to get vitamins I would have gone to boots and got them myself! I’ve now been told I’ve got to wait and receive the item to then return it and wait a further 6 weeks for the refund!!!! I would never order with these again!

Don't buy anything from this bad company I bought a product 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived yet and when I emailed them they refused to give me my money back and they said that the product is coming from USA but in there website, they didn't mentioned that.. Never trust this company

on the 25-09-20 i bought Swanson Stinging Nettle Root - 500 mg, 100 Capsules from this company, which they claim to be UK company. few weeks later still did not get my product, then i made a complain and ask for full refund, however the company refused and told me that the item is coming from USA. but when i bought it from their website, it says available, nothing was mentioned that the product will be ordered. then i got an email to say that the product will be delivered by the 26-10-20, which nothing yet. so i opened a case with PayPal to see what they can do. the company emailed me again and said your product will be delivered, but is taken a bit longer. the amount is not much £10.71. but the behavior of this company is something else. i don't think they believe in refund even if the going to cost them their reputation. so be careful before you make a purchase from this company.

I'm writing this with a heavy heart because I wanted Health Monthly to come good. I am one of the people who have given a high rating in a previous review saying slow but nice products at good prices. They were very slow that time and I probably was too kind. I am writing this because I feel really let down by them and I am REALLY worried by people who might be spending big in their current everything must go sale. I placed an order in September, which was due in October. I was used to a big wait for Swanson products, so didn't even check the dates for a month. The delivery estimate was moved to November. I didn't even flinch at that, despite the fact that there were products that I'd ordered for cold weather supplements. I got in touch with Health Monthly when the due date was well gone and was asked to wait a week with the usual slow post message. I waited, mailed and got the same message. Waited again and got a message saying that they'd turned their phones off (big warning sign) and to please give them a few more days. Now I'm getting no reply at all. I've been considerate and patient and feel so let down. I'm owed a lot of money by them and I'm really worried that people might order now and get neither goods nor a refund. Please read the other recent reviews before you make a decision folks. If you do order, maybe keep your order small and see what happens but right now I'd recommend going elsewhere. I am a fair person and If I get a response and refund from Health Monthly I won't change my star rating but I will update this review to say that that happened. If I haven't updated then you can presume that whenever you're reading this that I'm still waiting on a September 2020 order and have no goods and no refund.

Ordered supplements on 28th September, still not arrived, 12th Dec 2020. When contacted they fob you off with excuses about the items coming from the USA, nowhere in their ads did it say it was coming from the US otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. When I asked for a refund they said no as the goods had been despatched - don't believe a word they tell me. Will have to take action against them. Don't use them, just con-merchants!

Due to a major health issue, I ordered recommended medical supplements from Health Monthly months ago. They still haven't arrived. I have had to incur the cost again and buy from another company. I have cancelled my order for lack of delivery and breach of contract and asked for a refund. They refused despite many emails and my pleading. This company ignores their legal obligations, ignores customers' needs, and shamelessly continues to take orders it clearly cannot deliver. Customer Service to them involves sending gaslighting messages, complaining about the impact of the pandemic (which we all have to deal with) but they never acknowledge a request to pass the matter to management or their legal team. I am taking legal action now, reporting Health Monthly to the relevant ombudsman and regulator and also reporting the issue to all major card companies. Health Monthly needs to be flagged as a fraud online so unsuspecting customers (many of whom are dealing with health issues) are not defrauded during these financially difficult times. The owners of Health Monthly should be ashamed of taking money from people knowing they cannot deliver. Its Customer Services staff should be ashamed of facilitating this. This is fraud.

It’s cheap for a reason. A month for delivery which is not clearly apparent when you place an order. No replies from “Customer Service”. Hope my order turns up. Jan 24, 2021: around 2 months now. no delivery yet. No response from customer services.

Like many others here, I used to love Health Monthly for the range and pricing. But since the pandemic, they have really let everyone down. In all honesty, they shouldn't be taking orders if they aren't able to fulfil them. I placed an order then chased up to be told it would arrived 2 months after order date due to Covid effects on stock and post, eventually had to open a Paypal case to get a refund. And I am glad I did as we are now at 3 months since order and no item has ever arrived. They are clearly swamped with queries and orders going unfulfilled, so it's strange to me that they are staying open rather than freezing any further orders and dealing with the queries and backlog.

Placed an order on 4/09/2020 - its now 11/12/2020 and no item. My ETA was 5/10/2020 changed to 24/10/2020. Multiple excuses about the delay because it's from the US - I have family in the US who have sent me items and they have arrived in 10 days or less. Their email response says that if my item has not arrived upon the estimated date to wait a further 7 days yet its been months. 15 weeks now to be exact. Will now be reporting them for scam/fraud as they clearly are lying and refusing a refund. Their email asks people not to leave a negative review because of Covid-19 and difficult times which is complete BS due to the fact reviews like this date back before Covid.

Placed an order for vitamins & supplements on 15 September, still not received the order over 12 weeks later. Customer Services try to fob you off with excuses that the order is coming from the U.S , but I’m tired of hearing it. I have requested a refund on two occasions but HM seem to be ignoring me. Feeling very frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered something from this website on Oct 28th and have still not received it almost 2 months later. Never ever use this company. I first asked for a refund over a month ago and was told my order was on its way. When it didn’t arrive within a week I requested a refund again, again they refused and told me it was on its way. Today I have contacted them for the fourth time and threatened legal action if I do not receive a refund within 2 working days. Their response “Due to the fact that the items are still in transit I am afraid we are unable to issue a refund at this time.” They are capable of issuing a refund but are refusing to do so. I will be taking them to the small claims court. I would suggest never ever ordering from them.

Placed an order on 3rd October. Still no item. Had to email several times with no further help. I understand covid has had a big effect on businesses however no other company I have ordered from (including US) has had this bad of an impact. I won’t be able to use the product I ordered now so a waste of money. Not one to complain but I’m not happy with the service and definitely won’t order again.

Avoid! Order didn’t receive, was told to ship from US which has never arrived for 2 months. Phone line is dead and didn’t reply email unless from Paypal. They don’t have stock apparently and order cannot be processed. Have to make PayPal claim. Not even worth 1 star.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! As with many whom have written a review here, I wish I had seen these comments before ordering from this company. They take your money, but fail to ever deliver your item. This company MUST be shut down.

Muy mal. Hice un pedido hace más de tres meses y no ha llegado. He hablado con ellos varias veces pero siempre me responden que espere. No hay manera de que me devuelvan el dinero ni de hacer un seguimiento al paquete. Encima han eliminado el pedido de su página web. Dicen que es porque está enviado, cuando los pedidos enviados no se eliminan del historial. Responden a los emails amablamente pero eso es todo. Los clientes preferimos hechos, no palabras. Creo que sería mucho más provechoso para ellos hacer una simple devolución que acumular malas críticas./ Really bad. I placed an order more than three months ago and it has not arrived. I have spoken with them several times but they always tell me to wait. There is no way I can get my money back or track the package. Moreover they have removed the order from their website. They say it is because it is dispatched, but usually the dispatched orders are not removed from the website. They respond to emails kindly but that's it. Clients prefer facts, not words. I think it would be much more profitable for them to make a simple refund than to accumulate bad reviews.
