United Kingdom | 11 January 2021Do not order from this company! I ordered multiple items 8 weeks ago, two arrived within a 2 weeks, but the other two still remain outstanding. I have sent repeated emails to which I keep getting the same automated response blaming Covid delays but not answering my questions. As my partner is involved in shipping of products from the same origins we know their excuses are all rubbish. I want a refund but the same automated response keeps coming so it is clear my emails are not even being read. I will have to tackle via paypal or method paid. No excuse for this complete lack of customer care and holding customers money for months.

Made multiple attempts to contact them, received an automated response stating the COVID19 has affected their operations and to not leave them negative feedback! They ignored my multiple requests for a refund to the point I had to escalate to PayPal! Avoid at all costs!

United Kingdom | 10 January 2021This company should be closed down, I placed my order early November last year, and still not received my order, they don’t answer my e mails, they are a absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to trade. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of placing an order with this so called company, don’t bother if you want to receive your orders. Cowboys comes to mind.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2021thieves. buyer beware. ordered in November. currently Jan9th. item was listed as in stock, when it wasn't. they arent responding to my emails. its been 6 days and just an automated email telling me not to leave bad feedback. dont shop here. my advise. i will be taking this company to the trading standards and i implore all other customers that they are ripping off to do the same. i will ammend my review if this terrible company refund me or deliver my goods

They don't answer emails, just send you an automated excuse about covid slowing things down. It's now 8th January 2021 and no sign of the product I ordered. They're a bunch of crooks, do not buy from them.

United Kingdom | 08 January 2021Health Monthly was always the company I went to first for all of my Swanson vitamins and probiotics, they were delivered on time & at a good price. For the past 6 months though I’ve had nothing but problems with them. Really expensive postage costs, orders not arriving & no Swanson probiotics in stock. Really sad this happened to what used to be a good company ☹️

United Kingdom | 08 January 2021I ordered natural medicine from this website more than 2 months ago now. Not only I have not received my parcel but also I have been ignored by the company. I emailed them several times, asking to track my item, speak to the manager and finally I asked for a refund. After every email I always received the same answer: your parcel comes from America and takes time is on it’s way. I am considering to start legal actions against this company, I feel totally scammed. Avoid completely buying here you will never received your item.

Currently chasing Paypal for a refund. Don't chance it - order your stuff somewhere else. ***Update 16/01/2021 - Paypal have agreed to refund my payment - if you haven't had your stuff by now I recommend you claim back your payment immediately.***

The emails they've sent seem to be blanket responses that don't acknowledge anything I've said. Be warned, total scammers. I will be reporting them and seeking a refund through my credit card company.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2021I placed an order on the 28th of September. They have still, after many emails, failed to fulfill it. They claim it has been dispatched, but I have not received it. I have received replies to my emails asking about this order, but each one has been generic, with no evidence that anything is actually being done about the missing products. They have declined to give me a refund. Be Warned !

This is a rogue company which should be shut down they are literally stealing peoples money with no explanation or nothing please do not make the mistake I did abs order from this company I will be putting in a complaint to get this company closed down !

Less than happy and struggling to conclude that this company is on the level, based on experience to date. I will, however, update this review if the goods eventually come through. update 25/1: obtained refund from PayPal. update 29/1: made contact via LinkedIn with a former manager at the company who confirmed that it is in administration and recommended that anyone still awaiting deliveries should seek a refund from any payment providers (e.g. PayPal) who offer this service.
