Ordered it 23rd JULY and Never received the item, estimated delivery time was 3rd September and till today didn't get it!!! Very bad service.

I am still waiting after about two months for two lots of holy basil pills I ordered. This company do not even bother to answer emails, all you get is the Covid, Covid, Covid message. Dreadful service!

After waiting weeks and weeks ( I ordered on 29th July) my order hasnt arrived and noone in the customer service team would answer my emails chasing my package. In the end my bank stepped in as I paid by Visa card, and is chasing them. I noticed lots of people havent recieved their orders either so dont place an order with them it's not worth the frustration

Never had any problems until lock down happened and unfortunately, I am still waiting for deliveries that have been paid for 2 months ago. Have taken my business else where as delivery occurs within a couple of days.

@healthmonthly, You’ve have asked me to make a review because my items SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED. they haven’t 2 months on.... 1 star rating I’m afraid. Poor customer service no reconciliation and I’ll not use you again. I was a good And loyal customer for over a year. Shame.

Unfortunately the order never arrived, and getting a refund is not turning out to be easy either, despite using Paypal. Health Monthly seem to leave all responses to the last minute, so it's not a quick process. Customer service themselves haven't responded to me at all, apart from a generic 'we're to busy because of Covid to respond in a timely manner' email. Poor customer service, poor service, and hold on to your money for as long as possible, despite the goods not being delivered long after their own stated six week delivery window. Will not use them again. They only got one star as I couldn't give them less and leave a review.

I placed an order which was dispatched straight away but then after three weeks of waiting I emailed asking for an update which I got a reply very fast and reassured me they would be here within a certain date. Which they was. Good communication and value for money.

i ordered Swanson Extra Strength, Lecithin, Kelp, B-6 & Cider Vinegar - on July 27th and had to chase the order on September 16th to no avail. re-ordered September 17th and delivery is scheduled for October 16th. It seems that they don't have any in stock? Danny

the order was made on july 23 and 8 weeks later its still not arrived. luckily only £10 order but still!!
