United Kingdom | 06 October 2020I ordered on 8th August and am yet to receive my products still. I have contacted customer services twice. The first time I was told I would receive by 28th September but it is now the 6th of October and I still haven’t received. I also have not heard back from customer services about this. They seem to be avoiding the issue now. This is not acceptable.

United Kingdom | 06 October 2020I ordered item 12/08/2008. Eta for this order was 21/09/2020 (from UK to UK 😳😳) I also be ask to be patient to 5/10/2020 because of COVID. Today is 6/10/2020 and my order didn’t arrive. Wait for almost 2 mouths for order from UK to UK and didn’t get it is below any standard.

United Kingdom | 06 October 2020I received one of two items from my order which I placed on 3/8/20. Each time I email about delivery of the second item (which I needed urgently, and which has now run out) I get an automatically-generated email to ask me to wait another 7 days due to delivery problems as a result of Covid-19. I have to date received 7 of these emails. Everyone has been having a few delivery problems as a result of Covid-19, but nothing like Health Monthly is purporting to have. I can empathise when people tell me the TRUTH, but not when they repeatedly blame something , which is a groundless claim. In the meantime, they debited my account with the money for the missing item from my order. My last email requested them to cancel the order and give me a refund, but again I received only another automatically-generated email, so I am getting nowhere. This is the second order from them that I am having problems with - the last one, after a month of asking when I could expect the item, they suddenly gave me a refund,with no notice, explanation or apology. This happened during my having problems with my current order (above) so although I have ordered from this company for years I will not be ordering again in the future; BEWARE is the word I would use

United Kingdom | 06 October 2020I use this website regularly. There have been a few issues regarding items being delivered but it's normally resolved fairly simply. This time is getting ridiculous. I ordered 3 items in June or July. 1 was sent, the other 2 pending. I chased it in August. They told me it was sent and to wait for September. I emailed again in September, and was told to wait til the end of October. I try not to use Amazon and prefer to try and support other companies but at least if you order something it gets delivered or sorted out quickly.

Spain | 05 October 2020Is not only that my order (items) haven't arrived (wich they haven't), they haven't attended my claims, for weeks I was trying to call, but the telephone wasn't active, and none of the emails or claims I wrote in their webpage questionaire got an answer. Really disrespectfull. One thing is a package delay, that can happen to anyone, is the post selling service that sucks, it wouldn't be like that if they didn't get the money till you got your items, but being as they have already got your money, why should they care about anyone. Very good business politic!

United Kingdom | 05 October 2020Ordered 6 products on 3 August, but only one of them arrived. One item was due for delivery in mid September and still hasn't arrived (It's now 5 Oct). All items ordered were in stock at the time of order, but magically after payment was taken the items were out of stock. I won't be using Health Monthly again. Refund requested and received for just 2 of the items as the others are supposedly dispatched. Most recent email not responded to.

I was recommended by a friend you uses this company regularly for her supplements. I have purchased Sea Buckthorn but not bern taking long enough to judge their efficacy. Have to say that the supplements are all rather expensive here, but I’m willing to keep an open mind to see if the quality of the product warrants the cost.
