United Kingdom | 05 October 2020Just did not come for long long time ! Then after long long time I was asked to confirm the shipping address which was clear from the beginning. Now they wrote the will refund even I said I want replacement before. Meanwhile I have ordered the same Item which they say is in stock. Will that ever come? I have the suspicion that they sell Items they do not have and this is why it takes usually for ever that Item arrive bit by bit. It seems to be a strange company and you need lots of patience with them. Some outdated prices are very good if you can wait.

No one had bothered to try to track down where the order is! I have asked for a refund- but nothing. Would highly recommend you to stay away from this company!

I have actually placed another Order for the same product from Ebay UK and have received the Order since mid September. It was a mistake placing the Order with your Company.

The company never even takes into consideration that Covid 19 also affects the general public and I am not using this as an excuse for not fulfilling my commitments.

It is October and the items have not arrived. If you want your order promptly, don't order with Health Monthly.

On Friday 14 th August, the website took £37.98p from my bank account. It is now 53 days since I placed my order and have not received the goods that you have charged me for. When I try to phone the number given, I get a voice mail message advising me that due to a huge volumes of calls, they cannot accept my calls. when I e-mail the website, I get an automated message asking me to be patient. I am a 77 year old widow, could you please me some answers for this unacceptable delay
