Tried to fob me off we a good will gesture for a free order which also never showed up? Now no communication? I would avoid this company as you will probably loose your money and have no goods to show for it. I'm now having to look at legal procedures now to try and resolve the situation.

United Kingdom | 19 January 2021Avoid like the plague!!! I ordered from this company on the 1st December, with a predicted delivery of the 30th December. I totally get that things have been busy over Christmas, and so I waited as per their FAQ – expecting some sort of delay, but nothing too crazy. Well here I am – at the time of writing this: January 18th - and still nothing. No sign of a delivery. I’ve had items from the USA come sooner - and this is supposed to be more local! I sent an email last week asking if my order had even been sent or not as I never got a dispatched email, just the order confirmation – asking if I could have a refund as I had checked the FAQ and had waited long enough – and what do I get?? An automated email – a garbage copy-paste from their own website's FAQ, which I’d already read. Absolutely awful customer service. What really annoys me about this is that I ordered from health monthly in the past and my items were delivered fine. Clearly, I should have heeded the reviews here before making my this order as consistency doesn’t seem to be this company's strong point! If they were struggling to keep up with the demand they should of done the sensible/honourable thing and closed their website, instead of allowing (yep – they’re STILL allowing) people to buy items that might never arrive at all! I’ll be looking into getting my money back via my bank/paypal. I advise anyone in a similar situation to me to do the same – or to just avoid this place if you can. You can get what you need from more reputable traders who actually talk to their customers!

United Kingdom | 18 January 2021Hello Health Monthly Team, I've placed an order for Niacin on 12 Nov 2020 which was showing a delivery date of 17 Dec 2020. I've still not received the items. I contacted using the "Contact Us" link on your web site and there is no response / action on that as well. As you will understand, this is simply unacceptable and hence writing a review here. In the past Health Monthly delivery and customer service was very good. I had no issues at all. But with this experience, I'll certainly not be recommending this site to any of my friends. I'll certainly appreciate a quick resolution to this issue. Regards, Sam

United Kingdom | 17 January 2021I too have used this company in the past and never had a problem. this time my order delivery date was December 2020 due to shortness of staff and corona virus, when it did not arrive I sent an email requesting a refund and like others, got a automated email reply with a new delivery date 28th January 2021. I again requested a refund but no reply. I do wonder if this company is in financial difficulties and maybe going under. My advice to others would be Do not order anything from this company

United Kingdom | 17 January 2021I’ve used the company before and delivery is always a bit slow but usually arrives when expected. However, I ordered something in October which was due to arrive on 27th November 2020. I started trying to contact them just after Christmas (allowing for delays). I cannot get a response other than an automated response. It’s not good enough. They have my money. Sort your customer service out.

Waited over 3 months for Vitamin B12 to arrive to be told each time "Oh your order will come" and that they could not give me a refund. They did eventually come to which they told me they were coming from America. I will not be buying from this company again and this would be my advice to anyone. Customer service is appalling and likewise of other people they do not answer your emails......Excuses after excuses never heard such a thing. Deleted my account with them now.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2021I have used this company for some considerable Time but after placing and paying for my £35 order in August 2020 the goods failed to arrive, I was given excuses 1st it's covid then it's my email address then it's my PayPal account that I never use I may add and told to wait a total of 53 days from the time i placed my order before I contact them again. They finally returned my payment. After exactly 3 months the package arrived with no posting date so I contacted them to return the package, they wanted me to pay to return it and refund to my account ( not going to happen) then I was instructed to take to the post office or give it to my post man, post in a letterbox ( Don't fit) post office refused to take it as they didn't deliver it, so I'm running around trying my best and getting nowhere so I told the company I have had enough and its bad customer company relationship to expect me to do this and I'm not doing any more as it's their problem, they let me keep the goods but I ordered from another company. So be wary of this company and the goods came from Wales and I live in Nottinghamshire so why take so long to arrive 😏😡

All I've got to show for it and my attempts to contact them is a generic email saying nothing, but asking me not to leave a negative review. Guess I ignored the last bit. Update: I managed to find contact details for a man who's linked in page claims is the managing director and co-founder. I emailed him and he tells me the business is in administration - so the main question is why is the site still live and taking orders and money?

Chased and chased and chased and they send the same email..it's on its way and you can't cancel it. Now 6 months later nothing has arrived...no communication and now I'm having to take legal proceedings.
