United Kingdom | 25 January 2021I have used this company in the past and did not have any complaints, but now there does not seem to be any customer service at all. Ordered in November, 2020 and have still not received. I am glad that my bank helped me with a refund. Do not recommend.

Spain | 24 January 2021In the past, I have given Health Monthly 5 star reviews for their excellent service and good value for money. Alas, this has now stopped. Their service has become the worst I've experienced from any online supplier. I am still waiting for items from 3 orders placed between September and November last year and all allegedly dispatched. The company response initially was that all orders will turn up eventually and to please be patient because of Covid-19 difficulties. Obviously many businesses are having some problems currently. However, now the only response from Health Monthly to requests for information and refunds are automated replies. I am trying to institute a charge-back claim with my credit card company. Until further notice, I can not recommend the company any longer. and I note that a number of other purchasers seem to be having similar experiences.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2021I placed an order in October, been fobbed off twice using Covid and borders as an excuse. The last two emails have been ignored. I paid with PayPal so today have raised a dispute... It's terrible what they are doing to people, scamming everyone .. not sure whats happened but they are clearly in trouble. Not my problem. I want my money refunded!!

United Kingdom | 23 January 2021HealthMonthly: SCAM. Totally Agree with everyone else. Ordered and Paid for product 1st November 2020 No item arrived as yet. Some emails with excuses. Most laughable that they can't Refund unless you send the item back to them. Not possible of course if you haven't received the item in the first place. I pointed this out to them , but they now do not reply to my emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE>

United Kingdom | 23 January 2021My experience is the same as many. £53 order in October. Various auto-replies when I email asking where is the order. Request not to leave bad reviews because the team's well being will be affected. No response to a request for a full refund. I believe this is a scam company. My advice to you, do not use it and find another supplier!

What a nerve!!!! Obviously this company has never heard of customer service. All in all a terrible experience and just feel like I have been scammed.

This might delay an order by a week and we’ve all been patient. Sent 2 emails in the last 10 days. Automated response. Nothing from a human being. Even have the audacity to ask people not to leave a negative review. I will be taking this further.

I emailed them.. before I was getting replies and now I'm getting nothing.. I am going to get a refund as this is terrible.. never experienced such a delay.. they said it was dispatched back in November.. surely if it had really been dispatched.. it would have been here by now.. What a joke.. Do not buy from this company its not worth the stress.

Tampoco responde con correos automáticos en los que piden que no se les de malas valoraciones mientras no solucionan absolutamente nada, ni te responde nadie pero en cambio siguen vendiendo y haciendo campañas de descuentos. No es un sitio serio, ni responsable. En lo que a mi respecta, a 2 meses de haber hecho un pedido sin ninguna respuesta. Tiene todo para ser un fraude. No les compren nada.

United Kingdom | 21 January 2021DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! We made an order back in November and still no sign of our parcel I wrote to them on many occasions to no avail! It seems the only way to resolve this is in the small claims court. Gave them every opportunity you just get an automated message back (NOTHING ELSE). Absolute con men! The internet is full of them unfortunately.

France | 21 January 2021Just to report the same experience as many others. Placed large order in Nov 2020 , due Dec 18th, then Dec 24th , still no sign of order and email contact " not accepted ". I have ordered from them before, often with delays, products usually arrived eventually, but not this time. I would appreciate some explanation from this very doubtful company who seem to have let so many clients down .
