After completing my website designs and processing it live, it is like pulling teeth trying to get communication with any further questions or help with the behind the scenes of the website. I don’t recommend you working with this company! They don’t communicate. You end up doing the work you PAID THEM TO DO. We spent so much money and had so much faith in this company as they promise you one thing but do the complete opposite. Please do not purchase a domain or hosting from them! I recommend that if you are looking to have an e-commerce website, research and find another company to work with.

Logura was very reasonably priced, easy to work with, and delivered a PERFECT logo in an impressively timely manner. I am beyond happy with their work, it was worth every penny!

This company is full of lies. They will get back to you in 24-48hours or sometimes longer! I was dealing with Sergio Reimer and he even lied that he sent my final logos on July 29th as if I dont know how to check my emails inbox or junk folder. Dont waste your time dealing with this service. Go somewhere else!

Professional designers, whom understand customer needs, the personnel is very kind and give several choices so you can create the concept you are looking for in a logo.

I really want to give a ZERO stars. I have paid $99 and still to this day have not received any contact, consultation, or design I have written three emails asking where is my work and they will not return my emails. Calling the number is a joke because you cannot get through. I feel this company is a scam. Really disapointed.

I love my logo from Logura! From the initial chat box inquiry to the final project everyone I worked with was professional and timely! The design is exactly what I envisioned! They listened and made adjustments until I was perfectly satisfied! My favorite part was in the beginning when I was choosing my package. The chat box agent asked me about my company and my goals for my logo. Then I chose a package from the menu. But the agent stopped me and suggested I go with a less expensive one because it fit my goals best! I appreciate that very much!!

I contacted Logura about designing a logo for my business. The initial consultation with online chat was very informative. After completing the questionnaire the designer (Harry) provided me with images that were very close to what I wanted. Harry listened to my input and made the changes I requested in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience and the end product. I would highly recommend Logura.

I if could give a rating of zero stars I would do that. This was the absolute worst customer service experience and work product I have had with a graphic design company. This company produced a design that was nothing near what we discussed and they gave me the design several days late. When I called to ask for my refund they told me someone from the billing department would call me in 24 to 48 hours. It’s been around four weeks now. I’ve called multiple times and got the same spiel about someone calling me from the billing department. I would never under any circumstance recommend this sham organization for any business.

Looks like there are some hit and miss reviews on here so wanted to leave a quick review since I had positive results. I was looking for a logo creation and came across Logura from a simple google search. The pricing structure was inline with what I was willing to take a gamble with and the package I chose had unlimited revisions which made me feel safe I'd get what I wanted. Harry Mcalister was assigned as the PM for my project and I felt he was professional, positive, and answered all my questions quickly and fully. For the first revision I was given 4-5 designs I felt matched my description to them of what I wanted. Some I liked, some I didn't at all. But that's not a negative comment, just wasn't fully what I was looking for. Art is purely subjective of course. However, there was one of them I really liked but wasn't 100%. So I worked with Harry to make a few revisions to get it just right. This whole process took just over a week, with each revision getting turned around back to me in about 24 hours. So for me that was excellent timing. We just finalized everything today and I received my final files. I feel I received exactly what I was hoping for and I'm happy about the service I received. Thanks guys!

This was my message to William, the sales agent, just to some up what my experience was: I just wanted to say that my experience talking with you over the phone was extremely unpleasant and I will not be needing your services. The fact that you rush me, cannot provide excellent customer service and answer simple questions with no complaints on a 15 min call where you kept stating this is basically a long call for no reason since I'm not purchasing your services immediately, and the facts that you said something so sexist " that you are a man and you don't take as long to make a decision" is extremely disrespectful. I was actually ready to purchase today but most definitely not from you. - horrible experience and left a bad taste. These sales agents think because this is your first business that you either don’t have money or are completely naive and clueless. I ended up going w another company that was slightly more money but I feel extremely confident with that choice. Side note: how he chose to rectify the situation was attempting to give me a free service but always remember that the initial experience prior to paying will mark your experience post pymnt!

This was my first time using a service like this and they did great work.They were open to my ideas and we’re on point with my vision. Very fast work and Harry provided with everything I needed along the way.

They look like a legit company. However they didn’t make good on the deal. They were very insistent on making sure the transaction went through, but never did any work!!! Cannot reach via phone number listed on their website either. Reviews maybe bogus. Please look elsewhere.
