Great experience right through from booking, session delivery, to aftercare. The team found the Stress Management course really useful, and gave them tools and ways of identifying and narrivating through pressured situations.

Donna was a very good instructor and brought some fun to the day. The course also reinforced some of working ways and taught us some new things.

I engaged with Live and Learn after a search to find a company to deliver in-house training and initially spoke to Lisa. She was very enthusiastic, questioned me on what we were after and recommended one of their courses. Paul was recommended as the trainer. Course details were sent to me along with company info and we proceeded with the booking. On the day Paul delivered the course to 10 delegates and we found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging.
