I would like to provide some feedback based on some recent First Line Managers courses. Simon has been a great Trainer during the 3 workshops, Simon is always professional, motivated, and informative on all sessions and has kept the group of delegates interested and engaged and allowed them to take information and understand how this can be used to support them in their Leadership roles. Simon has also taken the time to contact me prior to each workshop, to find out what changes or projects we have going on in the Society so he can apply the activities to these changes, this has helped bring the theories and techniques to life. It has been a pleasure to attend the sessions with Simon and I would also like to thank you for all your help and support with resources and amendments of bookings. We were visited by Jamie, one of their consultants for two days of training. Absolutely phenomenal, not only did he keep us engaged, he changed the view sets of members that have over 10+ years in customer service + sales. I recommended these courses for those learning, increasing or refreshing their skillsets.

We had a very positive experience using Live and Learn Consultancy for the first time. We contacted them after an alternative provider was unable to deliver the training within our timescale. Live and Learn was flexible and accommodating, and delivered the training in a professional and friendly manner, providing us with useful tools to use in both our work and personal lives.

Aidan Hughes carried out Team Leader training for 6 experienced guys from our shop floor team. His methods were very well received and the guys really felt engaged and included on the 1 day course. It was mentioned that the communication and body language tips were extremely useful and they will be used when talking to their respective teams moving forward.

Live and Learn Consultancy provided us with a fun and engaging customer service training day. Marie helped match us with the training package which met our needs and Ian delivered an excellent training day. Their 'off the shelf' training packages gave us extremely good value for money. We have already booked a bespoke training day to build on what the team has learned and I would thoroughly recommend their Services. A great investment for any team.

Donna was a very professional but friendly trainer with excellent interpersonal skills. The delegates were really inspired by her training and have already put some of the skills into practice. We are delighted with the outcomes of the training and hope to work with Donna again in the future.

Mark Simpson provided a Reception Skills course for some of our newest team members. He got them all involved and maintained their interest throughout the whole the day. All staff took away some great new skills to apply to their daily roles.

We had a Receptionist who was struggling with telephone calls. Lisa and John were able to offer a bespoke training package; John even tailored this to meet our receptionist's specific needs. Since John's intervention, we've seen a step change in our Receptionist's skillset, and her confidence and abilities have grown enormously. I can't thank Lisa and John enough! We were so impressed, we hope to roll out further training to the whole team in the next 6 months. I would fully recommend these guys for their flexible delivery and for a fantastic outcome!

I spent a lot of time researching different consultancy firms to use for a bespoke Sales Training course and I'm pleased to say that L&L stood out. From the initial conversations I had with Marie Brennan, I knew that we had chosen the right firm. We had some issues agreeing a date, due to office space restrictions our end, however when a slot came up L&L were able to accommodate at relatively short notice. Mark Simpson was our designated trainer and he delivered the Sales Training to a group of 9 of us. Beforehand, we were a bit worried that it could be a bit full on for a Monday, as it was a full day course. However, Mark was very interactive and made the session extremely engaging. The guys found this really beneficial and enjoyable and it's been great to see them demonstrate the knowledge/techniques/skills they gained within their day-to-day work. Simon was fantastic. He kept a group of 10 of us engaged throughout the whole day, with lots of laughs included! He provided us with a fantastic time-management course, from which we have all taken multiple points away with us. Really relevant training addressing live current issues, from a great trainer who made it enjoyable as well as useful. Staff went away with tools to help them manage difficult people and stresses in their workplace. Would highly recommend!

John at Live and Learn Consultancy delivered a fab training course on Customer Service for the team, he was so engaging and made it fun for everyone. We have learnt so much we didn't think we would even touch on too, which has helped everyone think outside the box and improve their skills.

Sarah Wilks came in to do a Supervisor Training course with two groups of colleagues. The feedback has been amazing. The course was informative, fun and excellently presented. All candidates say they have taken so much away with them that they feel better equipped to perform their roles. Would definitely recommend.

Live & Learn delivered a one day Stress Management training course for us, which everyone who attended found extremely valuable. I would recommend this course as one way for companies to support the wellbeing of their staff, especially given the Covid impact.
