Our experience with Live And Learn was very positive. The process of booking the training was straightforward and Marie was always on hand to support us if needed. We arranged two Advanced Communication Skills training sessions in January 2023, both of which were well-received by the attendees. It was a very easy process to set up training with Live and Learn Consultancy. As soon as I submitted request for further information I was contacted by Deb who explained the process and seamlessly booked in our training. The training was carried out by Chris Parry who again called me prior to the training to make sure we had everything covered that we wanted. He was very easy to listen to and understand throughout the training and the team left the training full of knowledge and better equipped for dealing with our customers. The only thing I had to chase up was the certificates after the training but this was soon resolved. I would definitely use Live and Learn Consultancy again.
