The course was delivered by Paul, who had my attention for full 7h and I am the person who gets bored quickly. Very good hospitality provided with the little snack packets and also the fidget toys given to the attendees to keep them focused - the cutest thing ever. Already implemented the techniques learned on the course through the Team. Every question was answered with great detail and clarity, making everyone in the room confident in the newfound communications skills. Now everyone present has gained the knowledge to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with different people, whether their team or customers, which I believe will positively impact overall performance of the entire team .

The course topic had the possibility to be very mundane, however this was not the case Richard made the topic entertaining whist also delivering the content required. We will definitely be looking to use Live and Learn again for our training needs.
