Both trainers (two different sessions booked, one for managers, one for team members) were engaging and knowledgeable and followed up the sessions with further guidance and information. We have worked with Live and Learn as our training partner for a number of years now and their service, knowledge and delivery style is second to none. Not only have they been able to easily adapt our already booked Training Course to a class room based session they were able to offer a range of 2 hour power sessions designed specifically for teams in lockdown! I am so happy with the range of these subjects on offer and we chose Stress management, mental resilience, mental health awareness and leading in challenging times. Despite being `remote` these sessions are the same high standard we are used to and still very interactive. Well done team Live and Learn and thank you!

They have a vast knowledge of their subject areas and are always happy to give personalised examples of how the session can benefit you and your development. The sessions themselves are both thoroughly enjoyable and useful - they are packed with information that you'd be hard pushed to find elsewhere and I can say for me personally, even after just two sessions, I am already beginning to implement the knowledge I have gained!

Denmark | 21 February 2020I just wanted to say thank-you for the excellent training course that Stefan delivered to us on Tuesday 18th Feb. It was nice to meet a trainer who did not just real off lots of PowerPoint slides, but rather kept the slides brief but added lots of real life experience to them and backed them up with examples. We had two failed training session prior to Tuesday (by a different training provider), so everyone was a bit hesitant about a third session but Stefan really did get everyone engaged, and when Stefan left the atmosphere was so positive in the office. I think without exception everyone in the office learned something, and I was particularly pleased that Stefan gave us a toolbox rather than labouring points on how to answer a telephone for example. Thank-you once again.
