The first speakers that I ordered online, turned out to be out of stock, and therefore shouldn't have been available to purchase. However, Car Audio Centre were attentive to my calls, and I am creamed with my eventual purchase of Focal ES165KX2 ELITE K2 Power speakers - good to feel the bass again!

Friendly staff on the phone talked me through the extra parts that I needed to fit the new radio I was looking to purchase. They were spot on with their assessment and as it was just a plug and play set up it was very easy to do on my own. Product itself works fine and I'm happy with it through my first week of using it.

I brought myself a power amplifier and was more then happy with my buy and with Customer Service. (Naming Gary) unfortunately the amp I wanted was out of stock and was told that I have two options. Money back or to be replaced. I asked for a replacement and was replaced with a better amplifier with more power with the same quality of my original buy for the same price. I recommend this business to anybody and everybody you will not be disappointed in the customer service and the quality of customer service. thank you Gary. you’re a diamond.

Only put order in when postie shoved the wee box in my sweaty hands.... Try and find a horizontal space in these newer non CD cars...... Couple of cable ties under passenger seat, comms lead to aux socket in center armrest box and this buggy rocks ...... roll on summer.. TA

Bought because of very good price. Free gift that was promised with every order did not materialise. Enclosed was a leaflet on a "Road Angel" product which kind of undermined my confidence in buying a "Snooper" product from them.
