The product I ordered was top quality. Packaged well and despatched promptly. Unfortunately delivered after the required date but not the fault of the company. Royal Mail delivery and tracking was abysmal. Tracking number not tracked. Package “ rejected at MC”. Only when it arrived did realise they had had it!

They didn’t have my speaker in stock, and offered me a alternative with some money back for the difference in price, I haven’t received the money back and when I asked to cancel the order for the alternative they refused to cancel. Awful customer service and I’ll definitely try my best to sway people from using this.

Top quality, cheap and fast delivery. Also had great customer service with these before where an item was out of stock and they refunded it immediately.

When I placed an order via the website, the item was declared as ‘in stock’, subsequently I ordered the item and paid for next day delivery. A few days later I logged onto my website account, only to discover the item was on back order, however, the item was still declared as ‘in stock’ on the website. I then telephoned and was told the item was out of stock and I therefore cancelled the order. Bottom line do not trust the stock level declared on the website and check the item is not on back order as this company will not inform you directly.

Excellent service and knowledge, Gary was very helpful able to answer all my questions and give me the advice I needed. Highly recommended and will be buying from here again.

I specifically rang to get the right products for my T5, but both the main connection lead, the fascia and the aerial lead were not correct for the vehicle, had to go to Halfords in the end. All items being returned, bar the dab aerial which seems to work.
