BEWARE I brought a car stereo and paid for 1 business day delivery only to be told when I called them 2 days later to be told that it was on back order and would not be delivered until March so a cancelled my order I then tried to order the same stereo and the website said there was stock I then called them back and was told that the warehouse was at fault.

Very bad experience with this company I placed an order over a week ago they charged my debit card. I didn’t even get an email to say I placed an order I had to call-in after four days and ask them where my order was the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude to me I told him I placed an order a week ago where are my goods he said there are on back order would you like me to cancel your order. I asked him why would you ask me if I want to cancel my order he said well they’re on backorder you have to wait when I asked him for his name he told me he was the manager. I spoke to Curtis yesterday and Curtis was very friendly and told me that Speakers will be here hopefully this week. From a reputable company like car audio centre I didn’t expect this type of service. However the first order I placed came through smoothly so on the basis of communication I’ll be given 2 stars to this company
