Good communication and good advice

If it's car audio just ask these guys... I spent hours asking around on forums and got nowhere.... I clicked on the whatsap tab that came up on the website and got an ànswer in minutes, suggested components and amp at I price I couldn't get any cheaper anywhere ( I checked) only downside is now my sub can't keep up

Awarded 3 stars due to a lack of communication, item arriving later than expected and not receiving all items ordered. No issues with actual audio unit itself that did arrive. Quoted 4 days delivery and one week later had still had no communication regarding the order. Only when we got in touch ourselves did we receive any confirmation. Dispatch notice stated that only one item ordered would be delivered and not the other-we had received nothing to say the other item needed (a fitting kit for the audio unit) was out of stock. While a refund for the out of stock item was given promptly, just thought it would have been good customer service to have informed us so that we could have sourced the fitting kit from somewhere else. Just wanted to be kept ‘in the loop’. Poor communication all around.

Ordered items on the 15th with a Derlivery of 2-4 days.Haven't arrived so went online and they are still being processed. Called them only to be told that there wasn't any in stock and a delivery was expected today. Why say you will deliver by a certain date when you can't and if you can't have the decentcy to give the customer a call or email back to let them know.

service was fine, arrived as ordered. Although the description is confusing as these are 3 inch speakers not 3.5 inch.

Amazing online store ordered a Pioneer Subwoofer for my car and the next day it was delivered. I also messed up my order by placing an order for 3 units my error and they sorted it out and refunded my Paypal account straight away.
