Ordered from these guys twice, both times had quick delivery, however both times I've had issues. First time the sub for changed out for one with completely different specs without warning, and the second time half my order was cancelled without warning or explanation. As it stands I've been charged for the full price of my original order, whilst still awaiting a refund.

I have waited for this since ordering 8/01/2021phoned today 2-2 -2021 its been returned to you why do i have to ring to have this confirmed you could have emailed me to advise but no you wait until i have to contact you this is disgusting behaviour from your company was advised that i will receive refund which i never requested if you have distribution problems why are you still advertising 5/7 days delivery when you know that you cannot deliver. Also paid 50 sterling postage that should have be amble for you to deliver this to Donegal Total disappointed that you treat customers this way with no communication I will be letting the world know that you are a sub standard operation and never to use your company or website ever cowboys Ex disgusted customer

Have received my radio the packaging was suberb and delivery on time but unfotunate i have not fixef it yet to get better results i hope to get the better sound in my car . I will drop another review when it fixed.

Someone recommended car audio centre to me, said they were good etc. I took it with a pinch of salt, thought i would give them a try. What can i say? Nothing is to much trouble, so helpful, such speedy deliveries, nice staff. Will purchase all my future items from this company.

Fed up of constant emails about giving a review, because of this i am leaving a negative review, does it really need constant emails reminding me!! If i dont want to leave a review i wont. My first purchase with Car Audio Centre was poor and i left feedback because of that, the second purchase was better but these emails have done it for me!
