The concierge with whom we worked at Exceptional Villas, Marianne, couldn't have been more helpful, organized, and knowledgeable She guided our large group (15 persons) through every step planning this trip (travel insurance, transportation, Covid testing, meals, activities, etc.) and we're looking forward to a glitch-free vacation in a travel world often characterized with lots of unpleasant surprises. EV well represented our villa in Paynes Bay, Barbados. Really enjoyed all the extra touches - in-house laundering/cleaning service, cook arrangement, dinner reservations (with the best tables in every restaurant). Only hiccup was our covid results weren't accepted on arrival in Barbados - we had to undergo tests at the airport, which the children weren't thrilled with - US travelers should know Barbados won't accept tests done at CVS for some reason.

We had a magnificent vacation - I wish it never had to end. The villa was perfect for our family and we really loved the low-key vibe of Old Man Bay. Thank you for all of your support as we prepared. Luis and the others at Exceptional Villas made the whole process so easy, even helping us navigate all of the covid-related travel requirements.
