We had the best week of our lives at the villa, Little Plum, part of Exceptional Villas. Everything was perfectly set up for us, clean, and exactly as advertised. The house was truly special, complete with a private backyard and a three-minute walk to a crystal-clear beach. Everyone from Exceptional Villas was friendly, helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. We will be back.

Mary M was wonderful to work with as I sorted out details for our Casa de Campo villa in the Dominican Republic for a family trip of 7 adults traveling from three US states. She was patient and thorough in researching answers to ALL of my questions about everything from airport transfers, groceries, dinner reservations, to a wide range of activities everyone might enjoy. Mary and I had a daily email exchange and she followed my lead of keeping order to our daily messages which made it so to keep track of everything we were discussing. We're excited to get to our destination next week and enjoy all that Mary helped us organize!

Prompt and efficient pre arrival planning!

The reservation process was simple and clear. The follow up on questions we had was fast and complete. The concierge service (Elaine and others) was very accommodating and fast to respond. While we have not taken the trip yet, we feel like the arrangements have all been made with very little trouble on our part. The EV team has been fantastic!

Everyone is kind and patient and works to get you exactly what you’re looking for in a get away vacation.

Everything went very smoothly with no problems. The company explained the different villas and gave good insight. We are very happy with everything so far. One thing that may improve the experience is having a couple rental car companies offered.

Staff was very pro-active in managing our stay and extremely responsive. They gave us a heads up that there had been noise complaints at the villa and worked out a solution for us. We had experienced noise issues on prior visits- the island seems to be under constant construction- but had been left to manage it on our own. Will definitely use them again.
