The reason I’m giving the experience such a low rating is because of the advertised Inclusions in the online postings vs actual Real life inclusions. How the post reads unless the changed it per he screenshots i have at the time of booking said that breakfast and dinner included what they then went to say after the booking is that that means access to the chef to prepare those at extra cost which is not what it says and is not clarified by them until after booking when i asked because at that time they sent over a meal price list. Also clearly it said per the screenshot that Two meals on Sunday Brunch and Dinner only well that they don’t tell you is that of course it’s not included but if you want dinner it’s a extra 250.00usd which is also no where to be found and when i brought it to their attention they stated that their website was incorrect and they would have their IT fix it but they wouldn’t honor it because of the contract after booking.... A lot of bait and switch post in the listing. Once i started getting all Of these changes i compared the house listings on other sites had very clear inclusions and exclusions and extras and theirs didn’t and sounded like it’s included. I’ve dealt with villa agencies for years now and never had this issue the guest did like the house staff and the condition of the accommodations so wish i could give it more stars but the agency left a bitter taste and experience. Not sure if I’d use them again as it was my first time booking my client through them it may be a last resort if they have a place nobody else has and my client loves it kind of booking.

From beginning to end a truly exceptional experience. Paul was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding an amazing villa in Tuscany. I told him the type of villa our group was looking for and he gave us several exceptional villas to consider and in the end we selected the perfect villa for us. Once our villa was booked both Sinead and Elaine were the absolute best in communicating we me and providing exceptional recommendations to determine our means of transportation, our daily activities, our restaurants and our chef services and cooking class experience. When I presented a question they consistently responded with minutes of my email. They also called me several times to discuss various options in deciding upon the various activities/ restaurants we were looking to experience. Moreover, when our group reviewed their various recommendations for restaurants they then contacted the restaurants and made the reservations for us. Honestly, you can’t put a price on the expertise, professionalism and timely service I received from the Exceptional Villa team. I will absolutely use Exceptional Villa’s to book my next vacation.

Booked a stay in St Maarten at the Villa Etoile de Mer. The villa was even better in person and exactly how they had it pictured. Nimah was my first point of contact and she was friendly, helpful and quick to reply. Noreen handled our arrangements towards the end and she was wonderful and patient with all our questions. Gave us alot of information about the island and where to go to eat and water sports and was always offering to make arrangements. Highly recommend using them and will definitely be booking another villa from them.

This is a follow-up to my last review. Noreen (and Emma before her) came through. Our vacation at Villa Allamanda in Montego Bay, Jamaica came off without a hitch. Everything that was arranged was wonderful. The house was perfect for our multigenerational family. The advice, the arrangements for the massage therapists, the driver, and the photographer for our family's photo shoot, were perfect. Many thanks to the exceptional staff at Exceptional Villas for making it all happen.

Always excellent service. We have booked with them before and Julie our concierge is fantastic. Nothing is any problem for her. Everything is thought of from arrival to leaving to even arranging meals for us. We would never book our Barbados villas with anyone else.

The booking proces was really good. It is our frist time to Barbados. Therefore I had a lot of questions regarding the different villas, beaches etc. And I was met in a super professionel way (by Paul)and got some very nice advice. After the booking Julie took over. She prearranged everything for us (pick up, prestocking, cruise), and as we are traveling a lot, i can say that her service is exceptionally. Our villa is great as promised, and we will definitely use exceptional villas again.
