Just got back from our trip to Barbados booked through Exceptional Villas and Paul and Julie. They offered great insight into potential properties as well as excursions and restaurants. It has been an extremely pleasant experience so far! Julie has been fabulous and extremely prompt in answering all of our questions. She was also able to secure some dinner reservations that we know would be impossible to get on our own :) We are looking forward to our stay in our villa!!

From the moment we arrived to when we left, we encountered people who were friendly and helpful. Kelly, who greeted us at the airport and helped us through the immigration and customs process, had the most lovely face and radiant smile, which was delightful to see after an arduous journey. Georges, who took us to the villa, was great fun and a wonderful tour guide. And then there is Bancroft, who was our first contact at the villa, giving us a tour and spending as much time as we needed to explain everything we needed to know. He was very attentive throughout our stay, at our beck and call no matter what time. He is amazing! But most of all, Noreen, our concierge who helped us put the entire trip together. She responded so quickly to all my queries, she calmed my nerves when the planning got hectic, she provided all the information we needed to make the right decisions. She, I think, is ultimately responsible for making this vacation work so well. She is FANTASTIC!!!!
