I worked with Emma and Noreen throughout the booking and planning process of our trip to Tulum and they were both so helpful and lovely. I probably drove them crazy with all of my questions, but they handled it beautifully and always responded with answers quickly and assured me that all was going to be perfect for my birthday getaway. And it was!

Niamh & Julie were exceptional. This was a last minute trip for me and with very short notice during high season. Niamh found me an awesome villa and a great rate. All the booking arrangements were straight forward, to the point and handled promptly. I would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

Noreen was great. There were a few things it would have been nice to know in advance but nothing she could have known. For example average price for a meal out is $50 US per person. The grocery store is on the other side of the island so prestocking as much as possible is important for your first night and following morning. Charge for prestocking fridge was 20% not $25.

A note of thanks for the amazing week at Waterside 405. Brian and I had an incredible time, and wanted to express our appreciation for all that you and your Barbados based team did! From our arrival, you had everything covered, starting with groceries and cold drinks stocked in the fridge. If we needed dinner reservations or attraction advice, a rental car or taxi, you had us covered! The villa was clean, beds were comfortable and all was exactly as the photos. The location was extraordinary, as we watched sunsets at night and fishing boats in the morning. We loved walking the pristine beaches, and floating in the oceans waves or pool, in the afternoon. The location was outstanding, we could walk easily to the area’s amazing restaurants and the Paynes Bay Fish Market, home of the freshest tuna, in the world! They even tell you how to prepare and cook like a gourmet Bajan chef! With gratitude, I recommend Waterside 405 and your group, as the ultimate team for making dream vacations come true!

Exceptional Villas was very responsive to every email or enquiry, and the service offered and accepted was wonderful. Our villa was five star all the way, as were the staff and management. We felt well taken care of, and we all adored Sea Glass Villa with its amazing views, space, pool, and decor.
