We have had such a brilliant experience with Exceptional Villas. We are so excited for our vacation now as all is arranged and organised to perfection for us by our superb concierge Noreen. She has been such a pleasure to deal with and so efficient and so professional. Nothing was a problem for her and she handled all our requests so brilliantly. I will definitely recommend this company to our friends that travel throughout the Caribbean every year and we will certainly book with this great team again.

They are nice people and their response times were reasonable. But the payment experience was completely unacceptable. You have to wire funds to them and they make it sound easy and like everybody does it. But wiring between the US and Europe is not routine. My funds went "missing" for nearly two weeks and nobody knew what was going on, and I was in jeopardy of losing my reservation. After a LOT of legwork and dealing with banks on my end, it turns out that those funds have to go through a London intermediary bank and then to their Irish bank, all on bankers' hours and timeline. All along, I could have just booked my villa through a US agent and payment would have been much simpler and direct.

The service we received from the person assigned to our account has been outstanding. We have had many special requests from increasing the number of people in the villa to complicated arrivals, to special maid service. All of which was handled expeditiously and with good skill

My now wife planned our entire wedding and I took on the difficult task of planning our honeymoon. Exceptional Villas and specifically Niamh & Julie made our honeymoon the most incredible trip we have ever been on. I would have never found our amazing villa nor would I have been able to plan everything we did on our trip. Julie and I sent over 100 emails back and forth while she was helping me plan our excursions and reservations for dinners. My wife started to cry when she saw the villa, and cannot get over how amazing all of our activities and dinners have been. I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. Our Villa was in a perfect location but arrived to no air con in the master suite, excavator fan over the stove broken and furnishing far from exceptional!

The views are incredible. Rooms and showers could not have been better. It's like you're in the middle of paradise with beaches just around the corner with shopping and great restaurants with in minutes. Such a great place!!

Emma and Noreen as a team, went above and beyond for us. We were group of ten girls. Some of us wanted different reservations which we thought would not happen. But Noreen was able to accommodate all our requests and we had a great time in Ocho Rios. Their suggestion for the driver and chef really helped on the trip. Thank you exceptional villas!
