Exceptional Villas are fantastic. They have gorgeous villas all over the world. Great website. The people there are so experienced, helpful and responsive and patiently work with you to find the best villa for your needs. They know all the properties really well, and can answer any questions. Once the villa is booked, there is an excellent concierge service, that will organize cooks, villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, activities and more. We had to change our plans after making a reservation and Exceptional Villas were so flexible and helpful in allowing us to change the dates. We have used them twice in Antigua and Barbados and recommend whole-heartedly.

My initial correspondence with Yvonne was very timely and she answered all my questions regarding our booking. Rowena was our concierge and she was amazing. Everything she recommended and booked for us was a great experience. Our car rental was very nice with the company she booked through. We also had a great experience at all the restaurants she recommended and her advice about things to do on Barbados was very helpful. They even sent us a very detailed itinerary of everything before we left. Rowena always responded right away and once we arrived to Barbados, their team checked in with us right away to make sure we were all set. Our condo was exactly as pictured and very nice. We had no issues with staying at the Glitter Bay Property and they have a very nice beach there.

All of the villas in Barbados are gorgeous, but we were given her professional, objective and gentle input attuned to our needs and budget that made the process pleasant and easy. Every little detail post-booking was attended to promptly and cheerfully by Rowena. I must have asked a thousand questions and was met with only patient eagerness to assist. She organized airport transfers, restaurant reservations, rental car and sports activities — she even mapped out the number of steps we needed to take to get to the beach! They provide concierge service throughout your stay which is incredibly helpful, particularly if your plans change or you decide to add on (or subtract) activities. Our Villa was spectacular. We started planning our Barbados vacation a year in advance and found an amazing villa on the Exceptional Villas' website. Our concierge, Yvonne, quickly responded and confirmed the desired dates. After that, every aspect of the vacation had been handled by the team, Yvonne, Rowena, and Julie, in the most efficient and professional manner possible. We planned a daylong boat tour, an island driving tour, and a birthday celebration at the villa, which required so much preparations, it seemed like it was impossible to do.
