James arranged a home visit. He was very pleasant, courteous, efficient etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone with questions about finances.

Not good, not professional, below any of my expectations, this service can't be promoted by government?!

United Kingdom | 22 April 2015Aviva advised me that i should take financial advice regarding what i wish to do with my pension pot, Aviva advised that i go to a website called Unbiased, this i did. When you go onto this website it asks for your email address, phone number and postcode. From this you should get an email or phone call from advisers in your area, what i got was a call from a firm based in London and they were not interested in assisting me in any way and advised me that i had everything in place with Aviva. From what Aviva advised me i should have really received advice from advisers in my area and if i needed i could have paid for any further advice. On the basis of what and how my experience went i feel best i can rate this is by giving a 2 and no more, as i did not get the advice i thought i would.

United Kingdom | 21 April 2015The help I got was brilliant. I am having trouble with Now Pensions, I have been increasing my contributions first to 3%, next to 5% and now currently 10%. I have evidence of all payments on my wage slip. But on my on-line pension account it states that I have only contributed £162.00, when I know there should be at least £500.00 in my pension account. I have followed your advice registered my complaint 8 weeks ago, keep asking for a statement of what is in my account. I will be sending the evidence to you of all correspondence and would like you to investigate this on my behalf please . Thank you Jenny Myles

This company were the complete opposite. Very knowledgeable on every topic we discussed, speaking with experience and no pressure to buy anything. Very happy with the service and advice provided.
