I expected to find a directory of local advisors, but instead I was called by a gentleman who's located close to where I live. We had a brief chat on the phone and have scheduled a visit for next week. So far so good - happy to recommend this service. Many thanks.

Still waiting for contact from financial advisor over three weeks and was told I would hear within one week

Unfortunately advisor I spoke to over the phone was not helpful. And did not make any effort to resolve issue I had about my pension. I received 1 sentence answer.

Took a few days to get back to me but did give a good overview of defined benefits versus defined contribution pension schemes.

I was recommended Pearson Financial Consultants Ltd and found them very professional and polite, the chap visited me at home and carried out a review of my pensions and explained everything to me in plain simply English so I could understand everything completely with no complicated jargon. I filled out the online form in the evening and was contacted the next day, after asking questions about my enquiry, they assured me I would be contacted by a local advisor, heard nothing since. I'm assuming that they were only interested my pension pot, that I don't have (I'm 56).

I have met with Mr Vaissiere on 2 occasions now and both meetings were relaxed and informative. Financial planning is a some what complex issue for myself but Mr Vaissiere did his best to explain all issues with me, in a manner which I could understand.

Very poor. Not one adviser contacted me. I waited over a week and went direct.

This was my first experience of using a financial advisor and found the company friendly and very informative but I did think the cost aspect was very excessive if I could have done the work required by myself I would have but the pension companies when I made contact with were always asking me to supply a financial advisor

Coming up to being 55 and a pension frozen I was unsure what to do. Given advice from numerous companies some unsure of and very nervous whether I have chose a reputable one. I don't want to be taken for a fool. So was given advice On who and what was best. A local company with only one name to search. Some companies had 2 or even 3 names. Hope I have chosen correct.

My IFA retired so i used this search to find a new one. The recommended agent called me back within a few hours and we had a chat. Unfortunately i didn't have enough investment to pass their threshold. Succoured,I've not taken it further.

I Was disappointed with my meeting with Jonathan Rowe, We Meet on the 28/11/15. I brought all my Documents with me on the day , he did not look at them, also he made no notes which I through was very strange, We talk for about 1/2 hr , He then said we will make another appointment, were a colleague would be present, He would let me known about Fees Etc , I felt I was wasting him time Claudia Davis

What a pity that we haven't heard anything at all since our first meeting. Despite a lovely chat and promises to get back to me by Monday (our meeting was Thursday) I haven't heard a thing. No mortgage help or advice despite promises. It is now two weeks later and no contact. Overall a very disappointing experience. The initial call was made a week after I posted my query, not really a good service. There was no friction but I have had my time wasted. 😢
