Over the last few days I was trying to move platforms for my website and set up business email and I called or used the online chat several times to sort out technical issues. Despite the fact that I am not tech savvy and was slightly flustered, the help staff were unfailingly friendly, professional and polite and able to promptly and efficiently respond to my numerous requests for assistance.

Expensive .kiwi domains. Support fails at basic technical critical questions. Personal data can not be updated, 2FA can not be changed, error message suggests to contact support - support doesn´t answer after sending incorrect initial suggestion (you can change your personal data by disabling 2FA - however, this is not allowed either). Domain transfer to different registrar is being ignored. This is account hijacking.
