I have a premium .art domain and was not aware that prices had risen so dramatically ($75 last year, already to expensive - now $135). The renewal warning email told me to visit a page to check renewal price which states $29.99 for renewal, with no mention of differnt price structure for Premium domains. the chat advisor I discussed this with told me why it had gone up, due to price changes out of their control, but was very dismissive, almost like "not out problem, deal with it". I believe a price change this significant should have been communicated in advance of renewal.
