Have been using them for a few years, especially .ai domains. The DNS records get propagated really fast. I wish the website itself is a little bit faster, but reliability is king.

I tried to transfer my domain, I am now more than 96 hours after I tried to update CNAME and A records for my domain - it is still in "process", the response I got "no ETA to resolve your issue". Don't do my mistake, use the big players who can help you when you need.

Never Ever use this company, they a bunch of scam artists. I moved a domain away from them last year because of stupid charges and no customers support, as they only work NZ time zones. And guess what, they have invoiced me again, for a domain they dont have, and havent had for a year, and continually try and debit a credit card. What a joke, STAY CLEAR< FAR AWAY
