The most pathetic services I have ever seen I don't recommend at all For 12 hours they kept my status in pending When I followed up they suddenly send me email asking me for my official documents What kind of servcie is this I asked for refund and got nothing till now

I registered a domain. After 3 days of PENDING status, I've asked 2 times support. No reply at all. I'm still wait for their reply, but I wonder if this is a scam.

If it weren't for Jason from NZ, I would give it a 1 star. Rogine was terrible. Short, non-empathetic and unhelpful, even though this was my third interaction with Only Domains over three days with no solution. Thank god for Jason, who solved the problem and wrote a follow-up email explaining and showing via a link what he'd done!
