For five day I couldn't talk to any human about the issue though I contacted them during the office hours. I have around 10 domains with them. I don't think I'll keep them with Onlydomains. They used to be better but apparently the company is just trying to survive.

Finland | 20 December 2024I had problems of my DNS Records, because I made a mistake of adding my Alias to the A record as well as the main domain, I fixed it but it did not propagate even 1,5 times the Authoritative DNS TTL Time. Contacted the Support and the immediately pointed out what was the problem and I was able to fix it. Full 5 stars for the rapid help and great customer service!

United Kingdom | 16 December 2024SCAM Company I used only domains instead of the usual go daddy because they were cheaper... my worst mistake After buying over 100 domains, they have now just closed my account, and taken the domains, this is theft!!!! No explanation whatsoever, just randomly couldn't log into my account. IT Says my account doesn't exist!!!!! No option to transfer my domains out to another reputable provider either, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, and this will be followed up legally username: newonlydomains

The person on the phone was very helpful and together we managed to get my domain working. The issue is still not completely resolved and am awaiting further feedback. Original review: I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support from OnlyDomains and Europe Registry. Over the past few days, I have sent **three separate emails** and attempted to contact their **support number multiple times**, yet I have received absolutely no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a service that deals with essential domain management. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed with my issues. I strongly advise others to reconsider using their services unless they improve their customer support. Reliable support is a critical part of any domain service, and OnlyDomains and Europe Registry are failing miserably in this regard.
