My domain has been blocked and as such my website is down. After 4 days this has not yet been resolved yet. I've sent an e-mail and contacted them through their live chat. In the live chat I was told that they need senior management to unblock my account and that currently there was no one available. In the meantime, myself and my clients still cannot access the website!

My experience with OnlyDomains is very good. Everytime I have asked for help from their tech support team, they have always gone far beyond the call of duty to make my life better. Most of the time the problem is with some other third party, but OnlyDomains have always gone out of the way to help. Just today I was having problem setting my mail records for Google workspace. The Google instructions were woefully inadequate; they didn't even give MX records. Only a single TXT record. The Onlydomains tech guy gave me the list of MX records that Google should have give me. I love OnlyDomains

I purchased a domain from OnlyDomains, but they failed to provide it. Despite my payment being processed (Order ID: 2410262057570513118), I never received access to the domain. Their live chat doesn’t work, and my emails went completely ignored. I’ve been waiting for a resolution, but their support is non-existent. Don’t trust this company – they took my money, and I still don’t have what I paid for. Extremely disappointed with their service!
