We were very satisfied with the Jermaine, Ellie and Graeme had provided us in making this SIM migration very easy. They were very supportive with the entire process and gave us clear guidance on how to do this. Weekly meetings were taking place which was very useful to have a clear insight of the progression during each phase of the migration. If we had any queries Ellie, Jermaine and Grame are very happy to answer and help to resolve any concerns. I am looking forward in building this relationship with Global4 and hope to use their services in the coming future.

Ellie was brilliant I was having an intermittent issue with voice clarity on my phone we tried different things which didn't work. Ellie suggested a new sim card which was sent to my home home address and received the following day. Sim card seems to have resolved the issue.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with this company's cold call was so unprofessional that I felt compelled to share. They contacted me, claiming I was expecting their call, which was not the case. The salesperson's lack of professionalism was evident when they repeatedly asked me to spell out my email and even questioned the presence of capital letters in it. This not only wasted my time but theirs as well. It's essential for companies to train their salespeople better and respect potential clients' time and expectations.

Great service by the company, especially Jack who kept us very well informed. We had ordered a system from another company but after delays and failure to get back to me I cancelled. Global 4 gave me a quote the next day and installed the system in no time at all. Really good service, I highly recommend the company.
