However the service desk team did help to get this information from our historical records and from the company they inherited the account from. However Good support from Luke, Kieran and the initial contact Dipak helped us solve the outstanding issue we had and will help in future relations

Ollie Budd was brilliant, really patience and calm, and spent the best part of two hours on the phone repeating himself and the process until we got everything sorted, which was really appreciated. United Kingdom | 20 November 2024My original contract was taken over by Global4 and as I had been very unhappy with the old company I had simply been seething and waiting for the contract to end so that I could go elsewhere. Then I got a call from Jake Mould from Global4 who was very understanding of my situation and feelings about the previous supplier and my subsequent desire to leave. Jake actively listened instead of giving the spiel I was used to getting from other companies, he understood that my needs had changed but felt he could still help me. He had such a nice manner that I hesitated in my resolve to walk away. A few phone calls and emails later I can happily say I have signed up a new contract with Global4 as a direct result of Jake’s character and the information he supplied about the company itself and how it is run. The contract now suits me a lot better and I feel that I have been respected as a customer and that communications are excellent. Thank you Jake!

United Kingdom | 15 November 2024Jake Mould rang me about the renewal of my contract for my mobile phone with an internet connection, from a transfer of mobile business services. His pleasant demeanour had me at ease and I felt he cares for his clients' needs and is happy to explain matters if the client is not too clear on understanding the elements of the services. He was also quick to organise and solve a query I had that was not on the daily tasks required with the 'normal' sales service calls. He organised a colleague (Paulette in accounts) to ring me back who also had a friendly demeanour and made the call easy. It is nice to find a company that has real people to talk to who are friendly, helpful and very efficient. Thank you Jake and the Global 4 team!

He was very friendly and not at all pushy, and the monthly payment came to less than I have been paying recently, for the same service. The company looks a bit 'corporate' from its logo, but it was clear from the phone call that it has a 'family' atmosphere about its customer relations which I found very pleasant.

However I have been trying to get a response ever since about a billing query, chased three times and no one is bothering to reply which has resulted in 2 star review.
